Worst ever app!!! Please don't try to purchase from ajio. After cancellation, in one month they calling me more than 100 times. After launched a complain, they are still calling me to accept the order. It's really irritating!!! If it is posissible I can give even less than one star. 😠😠😠😠

Have good offers, but fortunately quality of the product is not at all acceptable. Have ordered many product from ajio. 1/10 is acceptable ratio. Its waste of time looking for dresses, ordering, waiting for the product, disliking, returning, waiting for refund.. Better not to order anything from ajio. Some how the dresses are good in Showroom (Trends) but disappointed with Ajio.

Ajio is the worst app I have ever used. The product you deliver will be used and sometimes without tag and we get different sizes of the same product and when we try to return or exchange it won't be accepted or we have to face the loss. And customer care is also worst we can never get connected but only through mail but the problem won't be solved and they will close the complaint. Very pathetic experience with Ajio. I will stop shopping at Ajio.

Delivery experience is beyond bad. Waiting since 3 weeks for my order, keep getting emails every day to be ready with cash on delivery, than no contact nothing, order isn't coming. Suddenly after weeks waiting j received emails that 4 our of 6 items order have been cancelled due to unknown reasons. Meanwhile i talked 2x to customer care, thay promised they'll send, but never did. They promised a voucher as excuse, but never did. 2) my husband and received wrong order. And now has to wait 10-14 days for replacement. Ridiculous.

I have been trying to return a pair of shoes for the last 10 days. They sent me a totally different pattern. I have sent them all the details, in spite of that, they say that they are going to investigate further. The site was good before lockdown... now it is avoidable.

placed an order for 4 items on 24 th March, and i placed a return order for one the product, which was of worst quality and overpriced around 3k ,however after continuous follow up no one attempted for a return , and now I am being asked to do a self return, this whole process is very frustrating and inconvenient for me , i have raised complaints twice and executives gave false information that it will get resolved by 5 th april and 11 th april without providing any information on i have to make as self return due to logistic issues. Isn't logistic issue to be resolved from AJIO side rather than customer suffering because of the system's failure.

My money's has been sitting in ajio wallet for days now. if i try to transfer cash from wallet to bank acc, it says sent an OTP to phone number which i stopped using years back and also says sent opt to my email whereas iv never received any opt from ajio in my email. Tried Calling them but Can't reach them if u call the customer service there won't be any customer service representative to answer your calls due to covid.. it's just a waste of time n money.. totaly useless.. mailed them multiple times says refund will be initiated within 48 hrs. But infact it's a lie.. it's been days now no reply from them anymore..

Ajio's customer service (or the lack of it) is one of the worst as they drag small technical issues for months, promise new timelines for resolution after making you wait forever and sit on your hard earned money without reason. I ordered for some tshirts and paid cash on delivery more than a month ago but the order status was showing up as out of delivery causing inability to create a return. After making me wait for 3 weeks, they updated the status as delivery unsuccessful!! I have to call them every day to follow up in vain. Bottomline, Ajio is terribly bad in customer service. Buyer BEWARE, Do NOT deal with this fraud company

There delivery service is so so poor. And customers service can't help us and senseless answer. They promise delivery date and then change it. Just shipping takes 8-9 days and delivery take 6-7 days. So you will get your product after a half month. Very bad experience.

I have been contacting customer care from 15 days to pickup parcel They don't care for the customer Have put them 10 mails and they always respond that that the complaint has been registered but the person doesn't come Worst customer service I can give a minus review if the option is there

Hi I hv returned some products but get they didn't initiate payment its going to be more than 20days, I am seriously upset about Ajio & there brands, as they deliver used products. 😡😡

It's been more than 3 days my return pick up is not been collected by their delivery team , even Ajio's customer care is pathetic ,I did not get any revert so far from them nor their call center is active .i would request people not to purchase any product from this site though you may find products at low rate compare to other E- commerce platform but pls do avoid purchasing from Ajio , you would loose your money and time.

Conned me for double the amount of price.I returned two items and requested money in the ajio wallet.On ordering next time I used my ajio amount to purchase the next item...they delivered the item and charged me full money in cash which unknowingly was given by my mother while they emptied my ajio wallet also,they made the delivery also on the wrong day so we were caught unawers...and continuous calls to there customer care and mails are not helping...the customer care executives are only requesting for good reviews for helping them ....... Never buy from Ajio

This is the worst website for shopping. The delivery vendor Shadowfax they will take ages to deliver your order and they will cancel your order by mentioning the fake delivery attempts. They have a team of stupid agents who even do not understand the concern of the customer. Please do not order from Ajio as they are pathetoc. They have no tracking mechanism with the warehouse. They dont arrange a call back even If you requested for that. Pathetic Customer Service and Pathetic company.

The customer service is so bad , by shopping through ajio is the worst option.i.have decided to uninstall the application. I had a huge lose of money I have ordered a product and It is showing that it has been delivered but it is not delivered yet.when we give request to return of a package nobody comes to receive the order and it wil show in the app that return period expired Tried to call the customer service center still no response I am completely stuck with this didn't know what to do.. Please don't shop with ajio again.

I request everyone dont use this agio app....its a fake....whenever u ordered never reach your product on time n neither its delivery partner executive never take attempt and update fake report on your site for your product....this app is not reliable dont trust.....i lost my money n time in this so plz everyone be careful

Order g star raw chinos and instead of chinos a dirty piece of cloth received after many mail and calls they started giving dates and after they denied saying this is not done from their end customer care number system is very poor if you want to speak to customer care you should have 2to 3 hours spare time never order from ajio
