I ordered animal print kassually jumpsuit ,the dress material is pathetic . Wore it for once and it is torn away from every side.. If needed I can photos too of it. Very bad experience.

“I have ordered 3hushh polka night piyjama set , but I received 1 child jumpsuit 1 quantity , I paid the amount , I have returned the product and picked up , on 23 rd of Nov delivery executive came and he is asking me to return 2 quantities,if I recieved only one quantity that to wrong item how should I give two quantities? And also i paid amount for two quantities,I posted the wrong item pics also . I called so many time to ajio customer care also not given proper response, the mistake is yours and u got my money , iam suffering , what kind of people u r , if stealing money from poor ones is not good at all , there are many other ways to earn money , if u can't refund , shunt down ur online nonsense.. Worst experience ever , than u many other online shopping are better ,

Stupid customer service, pathetic after sales service and returns process. They need you to retain even the package(outer cover) in which the product arrived in case of returns. High time they do something about the way they function all across

I have return my product ...I am doing continue call on customer from last 15 days ...always speaking refund initiate wait 24 hr ....but I didn't get my money back.....ajio doing fraud

Its about return n refund. Nobody called me regarding delivery n themselves returned my product later when I asked for refund it's near about 2 months now they just keep on saying that within next 7 days , we will solve .

I have purchased 3 items from Ajio on 13/11/2021 and paid by UPI.I got the request msg from Ajio for payment but after payment I didn’t get any mag of confirmation and in Ajio app still not showing my recent purchase items. From that date i am continuously doing mail for that but always they sent auto reply msg that will get back to you within 48 hrs and two times they asked my cell no and mail id. But today is 8th day but they r not responding.we couldn’t think about Reliance Industry what they are doing.Before this once they did like that but that time amount was less so i didn’t take any action. Can’t trust thia app.

Ajio Is big Fraud If you Return Their product & ask for refund they will take 60-70 days & after that No ll pick you call & reply in email one auto generated mail ll b sent to you MoNey is unsafe with Ajio Don’t Purchase from this worst site. Better go For local or Collective & Tata Cliq . Ajio Gives you bog discounts but Money is unsafe in Ajio Big Fraud

I received 3 of my shipments with missing garments and 2 of my shipments with torn /used garments. There's no quality check while sending the products to the customer but there's a string quality check while receiving it. So when the customer is not responsible for missing product, the customer is troubled to return it back. Not even close to Myntra's service. Quality, variety, professionalism is a big zero for Ajio. Customer care is just pathetic, they are just like parrots who have been taught to cram the same lines again and again. That means zero ability to resolve an issue. Ajio had sent me an expired product and even charged me double the amount that has been printed on the price tag. Even though the product is returnable, they're making useless excuses and are not getting the product picked up. Fake and fraud app. Such apps should be banned from doing online business.

Product takes days to deliver. The delivery person doesn't come to doorstep to delivery, and falsely updates on the app that the product is delivered evenif the product is not delivered. When called on the customer care, they say they will need 8 days to investigate this matter. Pathetic experience. In my previous order, the quality of the product is bad too.

I have not received my refund of 2 items. one is cancelled other is returned and picked up too 15 days back. Very poor response of customer care.

Pathetic return policy. Return is placed when delivery executive come he denies to take product because the EN number provided on the product and the agent is different and they don't accept the product. Though the product is unused and has all the tag as required always. Also, have to place the request for return again. Even m not satisfied with the product quality as well. So i will never recommend ajio for shopping.

Main ajio say ek bag or ek shose oder ki thi ek month ke phele aapko return karna hota hain na toh wo return ho rha tha na hi account add ho rha tha ki main paise return le saku or mail kiye toh mainle response aata hajn aap customer care number pe baat karo uss pe na toh koi baat karta na kuch or return policy ke phele mail ki hu kya karna chahiye mujhe

pathetic customer care service i placed an order and received the same without any tag in it, so according to there rules i cant return or exchange the product.. but what can we the purchasers do now. they said that our product always dispatched with tag always( but what proof they have that the seller have sent the product alongside the tag?) It means we have to record every time while unpacking any product to give them the proof that we are not lying. If there policy is so strong that won't accept the return without tag, they should check with there seller at first place that if they are putting the tag with the product. Pathetic service to say the least. and its not the first time

Dear Mr. Ambani, I am a huge fan of Mrs. Neeta Ambani. Anyways….your AJIO & JIOMART Apps are Superb…..I enjoy ordering….returning….AJIO & JIOMART wallet / my bank account transactions. But to my surprise…..both at AJIO & JIOMART lately I am facing similar issues…..which is PICK UP DONE…..but REFUND NOT YET DONE…..it’s been more than 7 days. AJIO ORDER IS – ORDER ID – FL0323646418 (Courier guy refuse to pick up due to SELLER’s END mistake of missing BARCODE NUMBER)……….Also, Rs. 375 got VANISHED from my AJIO WALLET, I ordered stuff, but even after order cancellation AJIO WALLET MONEY didn’t get back in my AJIO WALLET. JIOMART ORDER IS – 16348850190051941A Rs. 99 refund not yet credited even after 7 days of pick up. Request you to kindly do the needful ASAP. Thanks & Regards, Prerana
