I Ordred a trouser, I odered the grey colour but recieved in olive colour. After placing a return request they rejected my request. Even the trouser that I recieved is not a good quality. It seems a used one. Now they say return window is closed.

Ajio has done fraud with me. I got a jacket and now they are asking me for 100 policies for exchange. Mail me, attack me, do this, not everyone has that much time. Ajio is doing fraud with people.

I never recommend to ajio because I ordered one short 1000/- but he send me one small kid underwear I was very disappointed and when I complained to ajio app but he did not return I have lost so don’t go with ajio app worst experience

Wrong products are received and then no refund is provided. No help is done from customer care side. Fraud app, really bad experience..when talked with customer care he said to wait and just cut the call.No help being done my money is wasted.I received a carry bag instead of suit i ordered.worst experience

One of the worst customer service team and the supervisor are just reading the script. People can be son dump in understanding the customers Issue no one is ready to take the owner ship in helping the customer. Very bad company pls don't buy any product from this company.

Worst aap ever my first suit order was sent wrong product and second order was right but I wanted to return that particular product which almost 10 days to return worst app ever and there customer care service is as bad as their return Even meesho is the 1000 times better .

Ajio has partnership with delhivery executives and they don’t collect the returns and delay as planned so that they need not give the refund back such a cheap business plan

The service from this brand has been terrible. The field executive has canceled my refund four times, and today, he called and said he would be here within half an hour, only to cancel for the fifth time. If they don't want to work, why do they join such arrangements? And why hasn't your management tracked all these issues?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ajio. I recently placed an order and was expecting it to be delivered tomorrow. However just received an email stating order has been canceled due to unavoidable circumstances which does not make up for a valid explanation. Upon contacting customer service, I didn’t receive a satisfactory response and was told to wait for over a week for the refund leaving me to opt for alternate sources. A QUICK REFUND FOR AN ISSUE FROM THEIR END WOULD BE A SENSIBLE THING TO DO. With the lack of transparency and communication i would suggest to think twice before ordering.

I wish I could give negative vibes infinity their Costumer care sucks … I am mailing for almost 2mnth and they are replying only with automated generated messages… they asked to provide bank statemen I provided that tooo but same messages… don’t shope from them they are real fraud .,

Worst App don't belive to Ajio. I ordered Three Arrow with their discount deal on 1st August 24 and after making payment to them waiting for 10 days for delivery. They delivered two ladies dress I bought for my wife quickly which has worst quality. I am deleting their app once my this order refund is received . Third class customer support. Please be careful of theirs discount trap. If you pay them they will sit on your money for 10 to 15 days and cancel your order. Some one should bought them on consumer court....

Very bad service. I ordered 4 bedsheets . Allthe bedsheets came without any tag n brand name. On putting the return request they are refusing to pick up the return saying there is no tags. I have repeatedly called their customer care as well as sent mail but to no avail. Please be beware of this site n dont ever buy from this site.

I ordered 4 items recently from Ajio. All items arrived more than 2 weeks late. Delivery was done by Delhivery who knows very well that there is no complaint or review procedure in Ajio. One item still not received even after 3 weeks. I decided not to order any item from Ajio in future due delivery related issues.

Please do not buy anything from Ajio .I ordered a product on 31st July and suppose to get deliver on 6th aug.Till 8th it didn't get deliver neither any update when it wl get delivered . When called call center they are gvng me date of 14th aug.Serioulsy to get a product have to wait till 15 days. Such a worst service they are providing . Worst service ever.Their delivery partner is worst and what not ....We all should take legal action against them .Simply harassing the customers .No one is going to read our reviews iam sure and they would continue to cheat their customers . Iam gng to file. A case .U all also go ahead and do it
