“It's been a month since my order and I still haven't received it. I already paid it online and that was clearly a mistake. I have been sending them emails since April 17(2022) and the only response I got was give us 2 day or 3days and now it's been a month. And now I have to go to their Twitter handle to get a proper response. Worst customer service. Please don't pay online on ajio if you do they are probably gonna take their sweet time with messing with the delivery.”

“Worst service. I was trusting this online shopping for the past 3 years, finally they showed the true colours. Customer care will not trust the customers statement. Don't trust them and prepay amount while shopping, they will update that they have delivered the product and you will have no proof to get it back from them. They cheated my money. I couldn't do anything. They can't even be reached via phone call only through email, and they will answer your queries after 48 hours. Their deliver person is a cheater, he will keep your belongings and will never deliver it to you but update that he had delivered. How untrustworthy shopping site. Really lost 799 + 1295rs on my orders, but they are not considering our problem. I lost my money, frustrated, feeling bad. Cheaters. Bad people bad service. Return my product and money back if you soulfully do your business. Cheap guys. Wors service.”

“Pathetic service. For one of my order they sent a damaged product. This product was under non returnable category and hence they sent a totally useless product.I trusted home centre products. For another , it was suppose to be a set of two but they sent only one. Customer service is useless and hopeless. For every query they would keep sending standard formatted emails. I could not return my products. These products are useless for me. Complete waste of money. Wrost experience of shopping in Ajio. Will never shop in ajio.”

“Giving 1 star rating is a compulsion as there is no option of giving negative rating to this site. They are making fool of innocent people. They first sell the worst product to the customers and when the customers complained of the broken product they accept the return but no person come for the pickup and they just make a call to the customer that pickup failed. When they are not sending anyone for the pickup then how is it possible of failure of pickup. So, I request you to stop making fool of people.”

“Too bad return policy. Once you get the product first of all it is not sure weather the same product is delivered and if so the too much difficult to return. There is no one to handle the problem. Worst customer care service with no solution at all. Your money get blocked once you purchase the item”

“very poor service.....it's been more than 15 days but no one has come to pick up my exchange order which is totally different from my order. What i ordered and what i got.......ha ha ha.... even no one is coming to pickup the wrong sended item Next time i will not buy any single thing from AGIO........but wt about my current matter ???? These are the reson whay you are not at the stage where myntra , and firstcry are.”

“Worst experience with Ajio online shopping. It is more than 8 days, no return pickup. Only SMS floated on mobile and compliant raised. Hopeless resolution on compliant and hopeless answers by the executives. Will never do online shopping with Ajio after this experience.”

“Wrong product delivered with order no FN7202205602 and when I return with return I’d RT63454309 refund is not transferred till now and giving execuse that its a non Ajio product then how a product that is non Ajio is packed in Ajio packet and delivered with Ajio deliver partner. Worst online shopping website”

“Very very disappointing app I have placed my orders on 9th of April and still I haven't received my order even I am in a city. It was given expected delivery today but not it is showing that there is a delay. This was my first order that I am sure that this will be my last order. I personally suggest not to shop with ajio. This is my first bad experience with an online app.”

“Worst ever app!!! Please don't try to purchase from ajio. After cancellation, in one month they calling me more than 100 times. After launched a complain, they are still calling me to accept the order. It's really irritating!!! If it is posissible I can give even less than one star. 😠😠😠😠”

“Have good offers, but fortunately quality of the product is not at all acceptable. Have ordered many product from ajio. 1/10 is acceptable ratio. Its waste of time looking for dresses, ordering, waiting for the product, disliking, returning, waiting for refund.. Better not to order anything from ajio. Some how the dresses are good in Showroom (Trends) but disappointed with Ajio.”

“Ajio is the worst app I have ever used. The product you deliver will be used and sometimes without tag and we get different sizes of the same product and when we try to return or exchange it won't be accepted or we have to face the loss. And customer care is also worst we can never get connected but only through mail but the problem won't be solved and they will close the complaint. Very pathetic experience with Ajio. I will stop shopping at Ajio.”

“Delivery experience is beyond bad. Waiting since 3 weeks for my order, keep getting emails every day to be ready with cash on delivery, than no contact nothing, order isn't coming. Suddenly after weeks waiting j received emails that 4 our of 6 items order have been cancelled due to unknown reasons. Meanwhile i talked 2x to customer care, thay promised they'll send, but never did. They promised a voucher as excuse, but never did. 2) my husband and received wrong order. And now has to wait 10-14 days for replacement. Ridiculous.”

“placed an order for 4 items on 24 th March, and i placed a return order for one the product, which was of worst quality and overpriced around 3k ,however after continuous follow up no one attempted for a return , and now I am being asked to do a self return, this whole process is very frustrating and inconvenient for me , i have raised complaints twice and executives gave false information that it will get resolved by 5 th april and 11 th april without providing any information on i have to make as self return due to logistic issues. Isn't logistic issue to be resolved from AJIO side rather than customer suffering because of the system's failure.”
