Most useless app to shop looks like a fraud business we had very bad experience ordered some items and the quality was very poor want to return it but app does not allow contacted customer service and struggling since last 1 month escalated to grievance officer of the company 5 times but still no resolution old complaint closed without resolution and new complaint number given totally a fraud business please do not order and suffer from this app. Useless reply by team as cust care doesn't help

Worst experience ever. They will deliver the weong and torn product and in case of return they told u ur pin code is not serviceable(even its the most reachable location) and force u to self ship. Then their warehouse reject the product and they will again force u to self ship again and again but everytime it got rejected. Now the real choas starts. Product is with u and they will say we cant refund ur courier charges because product has not reached the warehouse and v cant pick the product also. So all ur money is stuck even the courier charges too. After 100 mails ans 100 calls they will not provide u with any solution but they will fool u more and more. Finally u will be so irritated that u will leave this and this is what they want. Thats how they will earn the money and ur hard money is wasted. BEWARE OF SHOPPING WITH AJIO.

I wish I could give 0 star, they are cheaters and don't refund money, hide account and refund details. Older refund status is not updated and hence you will never feel safe where have your spent gone.

Seriously this the worst experience my facing in ajio ..this people r making customers fools ..1 month ago I ordered the items .but..after 2 month's I received it that too on the package they given 2 items amount also they mentioned for 2 items but I have got only 1 items ..they didn't refund money also I was fed-up by following them ... I'm not at all suggesting anyone to order in ajio 🙏🏻 get my refund first for my remaining item .. it's very easy to put in invoice the amount of 2 but check inside once whether how many items r there

It's a money fraudster website. No one really listen to what the concern is. Everyone acting like idiot you place a complaint for return of product and the solution you get is you have recieved the product. I recd the product thta is why I want to return. But these idiots doesn't seems to understand the logic at all

Absolute nonsense..... On the website, Inseam length is shown as 34. I ordered and received Inseam length 32 which was obviously small for me . Then I checked twice with customer care before exchanging whether 34 inseam length is actually available in this particular jeans # Levi's 517 . Both of them confirmed 34 Inseam length is available and therefore I can exchange. They will ensure that this it is send correctly. Again the same jeans comes . That is inseam length 32 . I AM SURE NO ONE IS GOING TO LOOK AT IT AND I AM WASTING MY TIME DRAFTING THIS . BUT MY SUGGESTION TO ALL WILL BE "DO NOT BUY AGIO PRODUCTS AS THEY CHEAT CUSTOMERS"

I purchased a coach sling bag i received a used product ( photos attached)..i placed return request, daily i receive msg that courier guy will come to collect but he never came..i only receive msg that your pickup has been rescheduled..whenever i call him, he never picks my call..also, how can ajio sell second hand products??? its pathetic..illegal..you people are fraud...i'll never buy any luxury product from ajioluxe... Refund my amount as soon as possible or i'll take legal action against Ajioluxe.and your customer care no. is waste.. no one is available on that no.i have tried atleast 100 times but my call was never answered

Just to bring to your kind notice that the discounted products which you are selling these days are not at all having any quality. You are Just selling the export rejected stuff manufactured at Tiripur.Your Quality commitment towards the customers are declining day by day. Please beware of this app- Its a fraud with a pathetic customer care and no returns. I am not the person who generally writes the review. But they have made the experience so bad that I had to spend time to learn how to write the review to warn people. Order ID:FLO36365771- After multiple emails, requests and calls they told me that they would not pick up the product (they do not care if you don't like the product as they already took the money from you). Then I get an email asking me to courier the product by myself as they do not have a pick-up service. And then after you take all the time and pain to go and courier it at your own cost (Rs.350), all they do is return it back by not accepting it. When I called the customer care- I am already tired and irritated by then (this took more than a month of constant chasing and calling and emailing)- all they asked me to do is to go to the courier center and courier it again (another Rs:350). When I called the customer care and asked them on how do they guarantee a return, they tell me to write an email again. It is shocking and disturbing to see such a big retail company actually cheating people with a downrated business. If they are incapable of handling the business, they should not enter into such e-commerce business and cheat and rob people by false promising the returns. When they do not have such a service, they should disclose it to the customers and let them take the decision to buy a product blindfolded.

I am using Ajio since a long time. Very disappointed with the fact that my account has been blocked by Ajio due to multiple returns. They did see the returns but failed to see the number of products I have purchased from Ajio. Very poor customer care. I want to return some products but unable to place the return request because my account is blocked and not displaying my order history. Atleast they could have informed me before blocking.

Product not delivered despite several requests and complaints. Worst customer service, if they cant resolve your complaint, they will block your number. Unresolved complaint no.s COM00039844357 and COM00039606471. Delivery pending for about 1 month. AJIO means false commitments and nexus with fraud courier partners who report fake delivery attempts.

Absolutely pathetic quality shoes recieved. It's partly my fault i went for cheaper shoes, expecting a good feel, but the cheaper shoes felt like they were made as a craft project by a kid in class 5. It was a complete waste of my 700rs. I can't even find out a review system in that app. I'm definitely not buying from Ajio ever again, will stick to Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra.

Order got cancelled automatically after getting a message that it was out for delivery. I couldn't understand why would it get cancelled after it was out for delivery. Bad experience and I am never going to buy from AJIO.

I had a very bad experience twice. One for the return of some products which I had applied within 30 days Bt the concerned person has not came to collect nd thus app shows it can’t be returned. Second- due to some technical issue at the time of payment, I had made double payment Bt scanning same QR code, then also company is not refunding me amount. Customer care is not at all good, nobody attends the customers properly and not satisfy with their revert. And for one complain I had to raise 4-5 compliant request as they close the earlier complain without satisfying customer and solving the problem.

I had a horrific experience ordering from this unethical company. I had ordered few dresses amd I did receive wrong size products. When I tried to return, I was shocked to see my account has been blocked. They do not cite any reasons and block your account without intimation. Customer service is pathetic and is just for name sake. After multiple follow ups I received a mail saying the account has been disabled due to heavy returns/replacements which is absolutely baseless. I had returned a few items earlier due to size/quality issues which everyone will do. But if that was the case they should have blocked it after the previous orders but it was done after placing a bulk order only. They are so clever in looting customers. Now it says my user is blocked and is not serviceable. I need to replace the products for different size and an amount of 8k is stuck due to this. Please never ever buy from these fraudsters.
