“Dear Mr. Ambani, I am a huge fan of Mrs. Neeta Ambani. Anyways….your AJIO & JIOMART Apps are Superb…..I enjoy ordering….returning….AJIO & JIOMART wallet / my bank account transactions. But to my surprise…..both at AJIO & JIOMART lately I am facing similar issues…..which is PICK UP DONE…..but REFUND NOT YET DONE…..it’s been more than 7 days. AJIO ORDER IS – ORDER ID – FL0323646418 (Courier guy refuse to pick up due to SELLER’s END mistake of missing BARCODE NUMBER)……….Also, Rs. 375 got VANISHED from my AJIO WALLET, I ordered stuff, but even after order cancellation AJIO WALLET MONEY didn’t get back in my AJIO WALLET. JIOMART ORDER IS – 16348850190051941A Rs. 99 refund not yet credited even after 7 days of pick up. Request you to kindly do the needful ASAP. Thanks & Regards, Prerana”

“The are frauds and will never refund ur money if u are stuck in return case , their executive collects products and doesn’t mention on site, and when queries raised they just close saying resolved , real cheaters twice cheated but that was last.”

“Don’t know where to start from 🙄. This application sucks in so manyyy ways ‘ their is pathetic pro Max ! Customer care is rude ! They send u wrong product and have the audacity to say “we can’t do anything about it “ Don’t waste you time , money and most importantly “energy “ on this pathetic application.”

“Never ever buy anything from Ajio if you don't intend waste your time and money. They delivered used products in a damaged packaged. You can rarely get a response from their customer care. Returns are impossible. Light years behind Amazon and Tatas in terms of customer service. Just make money by fleecing customers”

“Totally 3rd class service. Everytime purchased, all the product quality is too bad. When I am trying to return the product, the person has come, but didn't take back the product. And about refund, just forget that. They will not return ur money. The customer care service is too worse. Pls don't purchase from this site.”

“Fake fake fake fake....ek ka samj aata hai 2 logo ka samjat atta hai.... But here is back back ,same concern . this company is fraud fraud fraud ...!!! I suggest indian people , Guys do shopping in desi style , apna khud market se face to face products buy karo.. Yee ajio , jio , sab chor hai chorrrrrr. Muje used kiya hua shoes pack kar ke de diya.... They are Advanced level pickpocketor , digital scam.”

“AJIO.... The fraud company you'll ever come across. Instead of 3 there were 2 orders delivered I paid for all 3 and after 10days they are saying all were delivered. Are you guys crazy??? Immediately I called up the support team. Then I return one product it's been 1 week there's no update regarding refund or return. COMPLAIN ID- COM00025715095 PLEASE BE AWARE WITH SUCH FRAUD TACTICS.”

“Pathetic customer support and zero customer friendly shopping website.They sell all faulty products under zero cancellation and return policy and we customers are trapped.Customer support number doesnt get connected even after waiting for half an hour. Customer support email even after sending multiple emails,no response. Given a choice do not shop form AJIO.”
