“Ajio is a fraud company. They are not letting the wallet amount withdrawn to the bank, neither they are allowing the wallet balance to be used in new purchases. There have been several emails sent with phone calls to their desk but nothing happened. They are simply cheating their customers.”

“Very bad experience. ******Company doing a big scam******. Holding customers money for more than a week. Each customer they hold thousands of rupees for a week and if they do the same for more than 100 customers. How much of money they would make with the bank interest with that refund money. - DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS DONE WITH WRONG INFORMATION. - WRONG PRODUCTS DELIVERED. - MISSING PRODUCTS - IF 3 PRODUCTS ARE ORDERED DELIVERY PARCEL LEBEL HAS 3 PRODUCTS, WHEN OPENED THERE WILL BE ONLY 1 PRODUCT AND OTHER TWO PRODUCTS ARE MISSED. - There is no option of selection missing products in REFUND OPTIONS of their app. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT NO ONE SHOULD BUY PRODUCTS WITH SUCH A BOGUS COMPANY.”

“Never trust this app .. and pls do not order anything from this platform ... I have ordered a cargo pant recieved a 3 year old baby tshirt .... Upon calling 5 time to customer care they say they cannot do anything.... I have a genuine video while opening the package and the invoice .... The next is I will put this in social media ......worst experience ...”

“I had raised a return request. The delivery agent did not want to come up to take the product. He wanted me to come down and handover the product! THE AUDACITY! I raised 3 complaints with AJIO agents..and all they did was taken down the complaint and not do anything else later. Every day I only get messages for pickup but no calls and no attempts and then later it gets declined. DELIVERY GUY'S ARE A MENANCE HERE & AJIO AGENTS ARE EXTREMELY DUMB AND UNHELPFUL. I have uploaded images for your reference.”

“Horrible return experience. More than 10days waiting for item to be picked up so can order more. But guys exchange or return is horrible experience. Ajio needs to learn on delivery from Amazon. Pathetic”

“I ordered hellcat pack of 3 track pants and received only two in packet, complaint registered immediately and received the resolution is attached, ajio people are cheating common and looting poor people money by these type of scam. the service of customer care people was pathetic and not reachable while required,Be care full while ordering.”

“Would like to rate Ajio and their customer service as 0. Ajio is nothing but Fraud and Cheaters. Order 2 items from same brand and they will send only 1. After raising the complaint they say investigated and all items are delivered in that thin package where only 1 item can fit. Ajio has worst service. DO NOT BUY FROM Ajio!!!”

“I have paid for 2 items and got only one instead of two items , the delivery boy witnessed it but he said he can't help it and we should contact customer care Ajio. Now about two weeks I am sending mails and getting a copy paste reply no use. Bad experience with jio second time.”

“I do a lot of online shopping from various apps and websites. But today I have experienced very bad from Ajio. They didn't commit all policies which are demonstrated below the product before booking. So it's a fraudulent activity. They committed to return policy before booking and after they denied. So total waste of money. Ajio is a fraudulent shopping app.”

“I order my shoes on 16th of july and the time of delivery was shown 23rd of july but they delay my parcel and gave a TAT to 27th of july but also not delivered on 27 th of july then they gave me TAT of 2nd of aug very bad experience with Ajio also they don’t cancel my order and the order is prepaid also they don’t give me my refund”

“Worst experience I faced. I have ordered one dress, pull over, sweat shirt, while ordering the orders showed return can available for 10 days. After delivery, the return option is disabled. And it shows your return not available.”

“Ajio app is worst in the online shopping platforms. I proceed for exchange and they gave me wrong product in exchange. According to their SO CALLED POLICY they couldn't exchange twice. So they advised me to return the product. They assigned 2 delivery partners for the same product. Now one of them picked up the product but it didn't show in their records. So they told that the product is not picked up and we cant give you refund. Even the delivery partner didnt give me details about the pickup. In short i lost the product and money at the same time. I have attached the screenshot (chat with delivery guy) that will prove that i return the product.”

“I had a worst ever experience with AJIO i ordered Footwear on 25 june 2024 i recived this order on 28 june but i recived wrong size i order UK size 4 but i recived 4 size for left leg and size 5 for right leg i am trying to reached customercare after a day they connected mi so am completely disappointed with this. i do processs for replacement but there is no option for replacement there is showing out of stock after that i contact with team i had call with sakshi singh , arun ahirbad , Abhi 3 more people they guided mi the created my return shippment but still my product has been not return to ajio still i have not recived my refund worst servicve ever they said delivery boy contact to you but u not recived a call but its not true no single persone call mi stilll Order number-FN8685509327”

“I have been waiting for 5 days for the pick-up person to return my package. And the services are really not up to the mark. I have been expecting a call from the pick up person so that I can return the package but they don’t even call me to let me know when they arrive. And inform me on WhatsApp about the delay in service. I am really very upset with the services.”
