“We couldn't be happier with the custom cover we ordered for our patio pit group. The fit is perfect and the cover itself looks durable and substantial. “I'm picky. I expect excellence in product as well as customer service. I do my research. No one is paying me or coercing me into this review. Alco Custom Covers delivered an excellent cover for our upright freezer that we keep outside. We received a heavy duty, high quality & perfect fit cover that arrived exactly as ordered. Even called customer service after a few weeks to see if we could change the shipping address or were we too late. It arrived at our new residence no problem. The only issue is we are idiots. Didn't think ahead that our freezer opens left to right so why didn't we ask them to put the zipper on the left side with another along the top & bottom so we could open the door? We just ordered the basic zipper down the middle. Also, should've left a cutout in the back & along the front bottom for ventilation. Ended up using binder clips to allow air flow these. We really didn't think through this before ordering. Absolutely no fault of Alco Custom Covers. They couldn't know. Just want others to think ahead of these things before placing order. Who knows, maybe someday we will reorder after COVID is gone & our business recovers.”

“Alco professionals guided me through the process of ordering a custom cover for my outdoor grill, counter top and refrigerator. They provided a visual guide so my measurements were accurate. They even caught an error in my measurements that would have resulted in a mis-sized cover and a waste of my money. I would recommend them to friends and family.”

“The cover is a super high quality and fits like a glove! It was for a backyard patio sectional that did not come with one. I bought two generic ones from other companies that did not work at all. This one was fantastic. The team at alcocovers.com was amazing. I sent them pictures and they sent me a super simple measuring chart superimposed on the pictures I sent. I measured, they made it, and I had it in about two weeks. So, it is an exact custom fit for my sectional. Every single person I interacted with was super helpful, kind, and responsive. I am trying to think of other things to cover in my yard now because I love it so much!”

“After our initial purchase a few years ago of a cover the fire pit we saw the great quality and value in these covers. So, we added 7 more cover to complete the deck furniture coverings. Yes, you can get cheaper stuff at a box store and replace it every 1-2 years. Or, just send in some simple measurements and have perfectly fitted covers that will last a long, long time. Regine was the contact for a few measurement verifications, every cover came out perfect!!!”
