Bought a vehicle pet barrier in another state while visiting. I misplaced the receipt (and am still looking for it). The box was missing 2 essential pieces. I emailed them for possible solutions, and they will only send a form letter response to check the warranties and manual page? The manual doesn't give any info on how to get the replacement pieces, other than to say to look at the product card in the box. The same product card i told them that was also missing...... Great prices, good products, poor customer service.

Bought 3 Pressure washers from aldi on 8th oct, was told delivery would be on friday 21 oct, by XPD , waited in all pm as time slot was 1:30 to 3:30 , no one delivered check tracking later and see a picture of a telegraph pole about 100m up the road in a section of the road that you cannot park in saying could not deliver and "email carded " I had no email, waited in the following Monday all day for delivery , still nothing, phone Monday evening to cancel order as fed up with waiting around , received an email to confirm this , Tuesday 7 am get an email to say delivered successfully , no delivery was made , get a phone call at 10:50 am from aldi customer service to ask if i have the three items , I inform them I do not. , wait for my refund , them nothing , phone back a week later to be told they were delivered , despite me already confirming that they had not been. was told then I would have to wait for an investigation into the courier. they have my £240 I have no goods and they will not refund me. What a bunch of THEIVES I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ALDI AGAIN AND BASED ON THIS AND THE INCOMPETENCE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE HAVEING LARGE ITEMS DELIVERED BY XPD COURIERS TO JUST DONT DO IT YOU DO NOT GET YOUR ITEMS AND ALDI WILL NOT REFUND.

Bought boots online exclusive Rerturned later to Aldi Sandhurst store as per the Aldi receipt instructions... On arrival at the store queued for a cashier who had no idea how to process the return. Called the duty manager (Martin) who also had no idea how to process the return. He went away to find out and then said he didnt know how to return the item so I would need to return via post / courier. Frustrated I called Aldi online team customer services while still waiting in store (Aqeela.) She appeared well trained online and apologised profusely but said - you can't return exclusive offers via the store (despite the Aldi return instructions!) After 35 minutes in store and her apologies, Aqeela our online call handler and her supervisor confirmed this has happened many times before and no "good will gesture" eg store refund could be raised as this was not their procedure despite the written return instructions... Perhaps it is best to avoid the online side of Aldi as no training has been offered to their stores and their return instructions are factually incorrect. I will return via the post office / courier - Such a shame as the concept could have worked with more planning and better execution.

I love the variety and prices I can find at Aldi's. However, I do not think I am interesting in purchasing any insect products at your stores.

I have been shopping at our local Aldi in Tomah, WI for over 15 years now. I'll make it short here...They beat the heck out of Festival or Walmart Supercemter for both prices and quality. Whole chickens at Aldi, cheaper than the other two stores. And they run larger too. Up to 7-8 lbs at times, Now That's a BIG fryer. Great taste and all the cuts of chicken included. Cheese is Very inexpensive and just as good as the store brands and like Crystal Farms and such. All cuts of meat ( pork, beef , Corned Beef ( Bee's Best at times), Fresh Salmon ! and on and on...) that I have bought over the years were great. Save $$$, be smart, Shop there :)

I would give 0 stars if it was available. Aldi is selling old food! I bought ham slices there & they went bad in a day or two! I will never shop at aldis again. How cruel to sell bad food that will make people sick. Shame on aldis owners.

About to purchase fresh chicken thighs on the conveyor belt to discover the packaging had shrunk around the chicken, with a pungent smell! Why was this put on the shelf for people to purchase!!! Well I guess it’s because the poor staff that are working there are so under pressure to put stock out/go to the till/ clean the floor/loos etc…last time I was shopping in Aldi a bunch of staff were all stood around discussing the fact that they haven’t got time to put the delivery out let alone sit on a till!! The words were very precise and I couldn’t blame them one bit!! Also why do they have this annoying beeping system when you are desperately looking for your cash card!! I guess to hurry you up! Maybe cheap but you so need to look after your overworked staff! Let alone your loyal customers!!

Not what it used to be a few years back. Prices are often the same as other supermarkets now. Quality of meat has gone down hill alot. Where have your review information gone!? That says it all - got alot to hide these days as quality has gone down substantially. Used to be a regular - definitely not anymore.

I don't know how they can call them selves customer services as they don't have a clue. I rang 2 differant customer service s at aldi and was told the only way I can do anything is to drive 100 miles to speak to the shops manager REALLY!!! I am not letting this complaint drop,if that's what they are hoping ,not gonna happen ....Donna

Aldi is the best supermarket in the UK. It has the lowest prices but does not compromise on the range and quality of its products. I like its so-called copycat products too. I recently read that Aldi is now the UK's fourth biggest supermarket, displacing Morrisons. I look forward to seeing it at the number one spot.

I was at the Aldi in Noosaville and Susie at cash register 4. Today 29/09 at 8:50. She was very rude to me and my partner. I was the last client before she closed the register and my partner was exchanging an item. While I was waiting for my partner Susie accepted another shopper despite she was closed. At the same time my partner arrived and I asked Susie to kindly let my partner for the item while the last shopper was finishing the transaction. However, Susie refused and walked away without even an apologie. I am very disappointed as I love shopping at Aldi and I find the majority of employees in Aldi pleasant and helpful. Thank you ivana

I would give Aldi 0 if this would allow me. I have had nothing but stress from the minute I ordered a lazy Spa and accessories on the 29th August. I never received my pool only received accessories cancelled the order and had to wait weeks for a refund. Eventually they refunded £249 of my £321 i Asked twice for the accessories to be picked up I'm still sitting in my house waiting on them being picked up by yodel. ALDI WON'T LET ME RETURN THEM TO A STORE. I'm now going to have to pay interest on my credit card for goods that I did not receive and for accessories that are absolutely no use to me without the Lazy Spa. Aldis customer service is the worst customer service I have ever come across they have a script that they continually say and are not solution focused. ALDI YOU REALLY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SERVICE. YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND HAVE MADE IT SO DIFFICULT TO RETURN MY MONEY. I HAVE SAT IN MY HOUSE FOR DAYS WAITING ON MY DELIVERY THEN WAITING ON YOU PICKING UP THE RETURNS BECAUSE YOU COULD NOT HONOUR THE ORDER OR DELIVERY. I will never shop in your shop again.

Overtaking Lidl in terms of quality and availability for some time. Also better variety of products on offer. Switched from Lidl now since they reduced their rewards scheme and recycling rewards stopped.

The only worse thing about Aldi, is no barcode on food or any item, just stupid lines. Get that sorted. I'm gluten free and I can never scan an aldi product.

I would be giving Aldi 0 points if I could. I ordered a lazy Spa on line on the 29th August at £321 and was told by tracking my order on Aldi website that it would be delivered on the 6th September then again on the 7th September. I sat in all day waiting on the order it never arrived. I looked at the tracking again and it said it would arrive on the 8th it never arrived. I looked at the tracking again and it said it would arrive on the 9th I sat in all day again it didn't arrive. I phoned customer service on the evening of the 9th and was lied to. They said the courier company had sent emails and tried to deliver which was a lie. They told me to give them to the 12th September to resolve the issues. I phoned at 18.30 on the 12th to be told they had only sent an email at 17.00 and were waiting on a response from the courier. I therefore asked for a refund and to cancel my order. To be told they would not refund my money until the £50 accessories were returned. I asked for this to be picked up on the 13th September at 09.30 as this would be the time someone would be at home as I had already taken an unpaid day of work. For the courier to turn up at 15.00 on the 14th. I put 2 reviews and feedback on Aldis website. They refused to publish. I put in a complaint on the 18th September as I'm stilling waiting on my money being refunded. I received an email telling me that my refund would not be processed until they scanned the return. For an expensive item I never ever received. I phoned customer service again on the 20th September to be told I would not get a refund until October. I asked to speak to a manager and received a call back who had no intention of resolving this and was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. I explained to the manager that my credit card would now have interest as it was due to be paid by the 26th September. She really did not care told me there was nothing they could do. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT Aldi has missed placed an order of mine blaming their courier company, the last being a hoover. I shop in store at Aldi every week which I will no longer do. Customer service who are all foreigners are only there to block you at every turn. Aldi is robbing people of their money and delaying refunds at every cost. Their complaints procedures are an absolute waste of time as this goes straight to the mangers you deal with in the first instance. Shame On you Aldi. I told the women I believe they had oversubscribed their orders of the lazy spa and they clearly did not have my order and the manager did not respond. I understand these things can happen but you do not refuse to refund your customers money because of your errors and through no fault of their own. I would rather pay a bit extra elsewhere for a satisfactory service and customer service. ALDI you have just lost a loyal customer and I will be shopping in Morris ons and Liddle from now on you won't get another penny from my hard earned cash.

its not about the money even though were pensioners, its about the hassle we have to go through to try and return your mistake,we ordered a single mattress cover but were delivered a ferrex toolkit, being honest we explained what had happened and you said its up to us to send it back which in itself is difficult especially at this time, and due to our age.were honest people but in hindsight wish we hadnt said anything due to the problems we are having returning it.

Price at the checkout more than shown on the Isle, be very wary of what you pay . First time shopping at Aldi will not be going back , Tesco is just as cheap and better quality and the stores are better laid out
