“Absolute trash don't waste your time or money with this company. They do not stand behind their products or their own policy's. I bought an outdoor sauna from them that started molding and buckling the wood within 30 days. The sauna is not designed to be used in freezing conditions. I only used it 10 times but somehow according to them I misused the sauna in that short time so "it's not defective it's misuse". But then fail to provide me with a reasonable explanation on how I misused it to cause this. Still fighting to get my money back.”

“Had issues with the Aleko AC 1500 sliding gate opener, so I tried online tech support. Although I had to go through one person to do the initial evaluation, I was soon transferred to Nicholas who realized that my problem was not going to be addressed over the chat line, so we began an email conversation. Within 24 hours a replacement was on its way. It is refreshing to deal with a company with offices in the U.S., and to speak to a tech support person who knows the product and handles your issues in a timely manner. Hats off to Aleko and Nicholas Moore”

“I purchased a driveway gate and opener system through Aleko last year. The gate itself is beautiful and although there is a learning curve, the opener system is actually pretty easy to use. As the installation was done completely as a DIY project, and I am no expert, I did have some trouble with the opener system. Fortunately, the Aleko support team was there to help every step of the way. It's not often you find that consumer products support teams are actually knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative - but they were all three. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased two sets of automated gate openers. I mot only received excellent professional advise. I also received a product which proofed to be of high quality. More then a year later I now damaged the control box with my snow plow. Miguel from Aleko advised that there is not really a replacement part like this. However, I received 3 days later a whole complete new control box- FREE OF CHARGE! I can only highly recommend this company. Good prices, good quality products and most importantly- excellent kind and efficient staff who offer the best service! Other companies can learn from them........... I need more products and will certainly order from Aleko again.”

“Outstanding company! Pergola was delivered promptly by Fedex; quality product. Well designed, easy to assemble w/2 people, instructions very clear and precise. “The sauna I bought was not aligned right (defective) and could not be put together Tried to get help by talking to a person . They work better hours than bankers and they won't even talk to you in person . They just sent an unacceptable sulution by text i'd olny give them ZERO stars . But they won't accept my reviews”

“I purchased an electric RV Awning from Aleko as I had one of their manually operated ones in the past. The installation when very well and all mechanical items were in good condition. The instructions for adjusting the in/out limits for the motor were clear and I accomplished that easily. Unfortunately, the awning control switch appears to be defective. Luckily, I contacted Aleko and was passed to a technical representative, Anthony Solovyev. Anthony listened to my problem, asked questions and then took immediate action. Even with the defective part, Aleka got a 5-Star review from me, because of Anthony Solovyev's actions and attitude!”

“I accidentally dropped a long piece of nylon cord into my hot tub, and it got sucked into the pump through one of the little holes in the top of the filter. I turned off the pump and yanked at the cord; some broke off, but it looked like I didn't get it all. The pump sounded different. I emailed Aleko tech support; they said it might pass on through but I might have to take the pump out. I turned the pump on for a moment and it sounded strained, so I turned it off. Tech support sent me to a Youtube video to see how to pull out and replace the pump and heater assembly. I followed the instructions for pulling out the pump and heater assembly, but I was on my own for getting into the pump. It turned out to be fairly straightforward, just a few screws, although some were a bit hard to reach. I opened the pump and there was the cord, wound around the little turbine (photos attached). I pulled off the cord and put everything back together, and the pump and heater work just fine. The heater and pump assembly case is some kind of plastic, held together with screws. Most of the screws are self-tapping into holes in the housing; be careful not to overtighten them. I added a bead of silicone caulk around the cover of the electronics module; I don't know that it was necessary, but it seemed prudent. I took some cellphone pictures along the way to guide me in putting it all back together again, since there is no manual or Youtube video for it. It took about two hours, but most of that time was figuring out what went where. Tech support answered my email in one day and was helpful.”
