ordered a few fence kits. most of the kits were good, but when they say DIY poles, they mean its 2 short poles with a connector, and it wobbles all over the place. terrible quality, complete with metal spurs. My boyfriend had to hand-file down a metal spur just so the pipes would fit in to the connector, and it still has about a 7 inch wobble at the top. would give a 1 star of the other parts weren't all good

The quality of the awning is all very good except for the end cut and screw holes in the roller halves where they join in the middle... the ends were not cut square, and the holes were drilled off center. The result is the roller is not straight, so it wobbles as it is rolled up. Also, this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6K-mpHPusw is unclear and very annoying because of the arty editing effects.

I like the awning covers; however, I needed one in a size they don't have so I ordered the next size up and it works just fine. The other was a size I needed but it really doesn't fit - it is too snug. I had to use a pliers to pull on the fabric to get the cover to reach over the ends. It's up there for the winter and next summer I will have to see what I can do to make it actually fit properly. Snug is one thing, this is just too small.

For $65 the least you could have done is included the front valance/zip up door with the order. The sides are useless without a front. This car canopy is the most cheaply made car canopy on the market. It doesn't even last a year before it dries out and shreds to pieces. And this is in a mild southern California climate. Step up up Aleko and make a half way decent product. At least the frame is acceptable.

Very nice on the phone. Information was appreciated and order made upon this basis. One main concern however: the name on the package was Caroline (incorrect) rather than Catherine. This caused confusion in Miami delaying it there. When it did reach Statia, a separate bill of lading was made $15.00 Plus $7.50 insurance. The freight was minimal, but if properly addressed would have been matched with the other cargo and not incurred the additional $22.50. It is for this reason I am very particular, yes picky about the address which goes on the packages and invoices. We all make mistakes, and all previous dealings with you have gone smoothly, so I have confidence that our future dealings will go smoothly as well. Thank all of you being so helpful.

The awning took 2 days to install. The second day was only 3 hours. We like the awning but the INSTRUCTIONS were not good. Someone should assemble a awning and write the instructions exactly. I also think the cord should have been installed at the factory prior to sewing the seams. I was very hard and time consuming to install t he cord. We had to use gel on the cord to finally get it in. ED

We ordered privacy fence wrap to complete our fence project but the 50 foot section was not of the same quality as our first order last year. Grommets were damaged and did not line up and one end was a different color as if it had come from a different lot. Hoping that it holds up as well as our last order.

We received our awning material in two shipments and only the extra parts were included with the actual awning. I had to call to get the part we need. While the person on the phone was very polite and said she would call the warehouse and get everything shipped, that was on Monday (it's not Friday). So I'm going to have to call again. Why would any company to a shipment without the hardware to put the awning up?

The item I ordered was out of stock and not expected in for at least 6 weeks. Aleko just called and offered me a different model at the same price and said they will ship it by Monday. Can't ask for more than that. Oh, and their product did not fail but was broken by a careless user. Rand Hall

These sauna stones are great. Perfect size for smaller size stoves. The box/packaging didn't hold up during shipping. Box arrived torn open and at least 7lbs of rocks were missing. Update: A few hours after leaving this review, I received a call from Aleko customer service. There were apologetic about the damage during delivery. They offered to send replacements as soon as these stones are back in stock. I know they can't control what happens during transit and really appreciate them going to this effort to make sure I'm satisfied with the order. If/when the replacement stone arrive, I will certainly update this review to 5 stars. 2nd Update: Replacement stones just arrived. Thanks ALEKO! Great customer service.
