Rudolph was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the awning product that I was having trouble with programming. He knew details of the product that was not in the instructions that were key to getting our awning programmed correctly.

This company is horrible. We ordered a sauna. The heater, lights, and wiring were all missing or broken. Costumer service keeps giving us the run around and no one will actually help us. We received the item on feb. 15, started emailing in feb. 18 and nothing has been resolved. We have a $5000 piece of junk and this company (multiple people!!) have been no help. It is so unprofessional how they treat people. Please save your money and do not buy from this place!!!

Called tech support to correct an out of the ordinary problem I caused while programing one of my two ALEKO LM171 wireless keypads to operate my ALEKO AC1400 gate opener. I was lucky enough to get support from Michael P. who works out of Jacksonville FL. I say lucky because Michael besides having exceptional technical knowledge he also possesses extraordinary patience, a can-do attitude and the listening skills it takes to work with a 71-year-old (me) technically challenged customer. Michael corrected the problem/mistake I made programing one of my wireless keypads and stuck with me until we verified it was working correctly. Thank you Michael and thank you ALEKO for making a great gate opener.

Rudolph S was so accommodating, knowledgeable, kind and funny. He saw our issue immediately and responded with the best ALEKO has to offer. I LOVE my new 2 person ALEKO hot tub. Inflatable! Gosh almost ALL of SoCal could manage one of these on their patios! Rudolph was able to provide me with a blog he had not seen in awhile for the best in chemical treatment for my hot tub. I suffer from severe hearing loss and Rudolph was understanding and patient. I am also orthopedically impaired and in almost constant pain since 2012,,,that's a looong time. I used to be in the Hydrotherapy pool after swimming almost everyday pre-pandemic. After being highly allergic to most pharmaceuticals and unable to vax, my Doctor was not agreeable to my attending my gym any longer. When I saw ALEKOS' add hmmm, and the right price thru Home Depot it was on our redwood deck as soon as possible! I am so happy it was! It has made such a difference with my pain levels , so relaxing out outside in nature I heal! Thank you Rudolph for your wonderful, customer service . This product is a life saver for me. Nearly everything that came pre-installed from the factory on the "Motorized Retraction Slope Patio Awning" was backwards from the instructions provided. The install video also uses different higher quality parts (e.g blockers) than the cheap plastic parts that came with this product. It took my husband double the time to disassemble and uninstall the factory installed components and put them the right way as laid out in the instruction book. Also some of the metal parts came dented. Still in the process of installing because of the long drawn out process of correcting the shoddy factory pre-install that only made things more difficult; at least it's easy for us to not recommend Aleko to anyone unless you're someone who enjoys wasting your time.

Absolute trash don't waste your time or money with this company. They do not stand behind their products or their own policy's. I bought an outdoor sauna from them that started molding and buckling the wood within 30 days. The sauna is not designed to be used in freezing conditions. I only used it 10 times but somehow according to them I misused the sauna in that short time so "it's not defective it's misuse". But then fail to provide me with a reasonable explanation on how I misused it to cause this. Still fighting to get my money back.

Had issues with the Aleko AC 1500 sliding gate opener, so I tried online tech support. Although I had to go through one person to do the initial evaluation, I was soon transferred to Nicholas who realized that my problem was not going to be addressed over the chat line, so we began an email conversation. Within 24 hours a replacement was on its way. It is refreshing to deal with a company with offices in the U.S., and to speak to a tech support person who knows the product and handles your issues in a timely manner. I purchased a driveway gate and opener system through Aleko last year. The gate itself is beautiful and although there is a learning curve, the opener system is actually pretty easy to use. As the installation was done completely as a DIY project, and I am no expert, I did have some trouble with the opener system. Fortunately, the Aleko support team was there to help every step of the way. It's not often you find that consumer products support teams are actually knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative - but they were all three. Highly recommended.
