Prompt and reliable response enables neighbors and family members to be notified along with emergency responders to assist my mother when needed. Thanks to Alert1, she can continue her independent living arrangement. “Lottie had fell in her hallway, which is very narrow. They arrived quickly and were able to assist her. I called from Missouri to check on what happened, one of the responders answered my call and my questions. She assured me Lottie was not hurt. Shila”

“Thank you for coming to my mom's (Carol) rescue! We were across town and she fell and could not get up. She wasn't hurt, thank God, besides sore ribs and some bruises. Just one comment, your operators voice coming through the speaker system is always so loud, so loud to point of being extremely difficult to understand. The box rattles and the although the volume is extremely loud the voice is almost inaudible. Is there anyway to turn down the volume on the speaker?”

“My mom, Rita Whorton, has used her button twice in the last week to have paramedics bring her to the emergency room. Both times she called it took approximately 5 minutes for someone to answer. Luckily her emergency wasn't immediately life threatening, but if it had been 5 minutes could have caused a severe problem. Is this the normal response time?”

“My mother claims she asked you to call an ambulance.. You tell me she just asked for you to call me. I would really like for you to review her call and let me know.. Also her bracelet is not functioning. I asked that a new one be shipped to me ASAP. has it been shipped?”

“Machine is not working. We have tested several times and nobody answers. When alarm goes off I her son James will get a call but the main machine wont communicate with monitoring”

“Betty is my mother and I talked to her shortly after the paramedics left & she they were very professional, thorough, & very respectful of her. She is going to be 88 years old in March & lives alone but has caregivers during the day. Thanks again for such quick service”
