“It took a longer time for response after hitting the button. My mother had fallen in the backyard and couldn't move. She was drenched by the rain and probably was out there more than an hour before I found her. Would have liked a more immediate response when I hit the button.”

“When I fell I pushed my button and my call was answered quickly. My daughter was called and because she lives next door help come right away. Alert1 was there when I needed them!”

“Legs gave out and couldn't get up. My son was called and was here immediately. I appreciated the follow-up also.”

“This was last Monday. My mother became very weak and could not stand or walk. The EMTs came very quickly and got her to the hospital. She was discharged Friday 3/20 and is continuing to recover at home with Health Aides, Nursing and PT”
