“Anna pushed the button on the necklace at 10:00 p.m. on Monday, July 24. She spent the night on her bedroom floor, and pushed it again at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 25. I am her daughter (Olympia) who was called at 9:01 a.m. I pushed the button on the base unit and an associate answered, but the call was disconnected before we were finished. He asked what Alert-1 can do to remedy this. We would like a new base unit, and a new necklace. Anna (mom) is shook up, but thank God, she is ok this time. I would like Alert1 to comp her the service that detects falls or trips. We are in the process of looking for another service because NO ONE should be stranded on a floor because of faulty equipment.”

“While in her home, my mother in law passed out due to a medical episode, and suffered bodily injury as a result. After regaining consciousness, she activated her alert button, which summoned EMS for assistance. She was taken to a local hospital, where she is currently receiving treatment for her medical issues. I purchased Alert 1 for her some time ago, as we reside out of state. This provides us with some peace of mind that she can summon help in the event of a medical emergency. Thank you. Richard F. “response to scheduled test alert was answered by someone on phone - not replying to test but assuming it was real - how would I be able to answer phone in an emergency if I was on the floor scary. JR”
