We received the machine with the small necklace to wear. The first day, it started beeping 4 times, which means needs a new battery. No need to do anything, it will be sent automatically. That took about 3-4 weeks. Her new one arrived, and that is now beeping 4 times.

This is Candy Wilhelm, Imogene’s daughter who is responding. I am the one who ordered the system and who is paying for it. We have not had the system long enough to really have an opinion on how it is working. I was surprised to be charged $5.95 for exchanging the wrist band for the pendent. I wasn’t told there would be a charge when I ordered it. If the amount was to cover the postage then I know it really cost a lot less. Returning the wrist band only cost me .67 cents. Not complaining, just pointing something out.

The first pendant didn't work so we returned it. The new pendant was supposed to be Verizon compatible, but it wasn't. It only worked with ATT even though we told the rep. we only get Verizon at our home. I said I would return the second one and they tried to charge me for 3 months usage because the first pendant made contact at first. It was only after I got upset with them that they said they would refund the whole payment. I have not seen the refund yet.

My Mom fell in her bathtub and couldn't get up. She finally realized that pressing her call button would be the best thing, which she did. I was immediately called by your service, and was able to reach her within a few minutes. Upon assessing the situation, we realized that we needed the help of paramedics to remove her from the tub, and Alert 1 again assisted us in getting them there within minutes. thankfully, my Mom is fine, no injuries, and she realizes that she needs to press the button immediately and she can get help. Thank you very much for your great service.

My mother did not use her call button but when I found her non responsive , my first thought was to press the call button . It was such a relief to have someone to talk to and you called 911 for me and the quick response saved her life. Thank you so much for being there when we needed help.

Since I'm in good health even though I'm old, I'm happy to say I haven't yet had to use the device. With it in my home I feel safe and comfortable. Linda Segal

After dropping the device and having the fire department come to the house, Norman put it on a high shelf so no else would drop it. He doesn't wear it because he can't stand anything around his neck. We thought it was available as a wrist instrument as well, but there was no wrist band provided. Over-all, it is not doing anyone much good right now.

My 95 year old mother has been passing out quite often. Two weeks ago she was admitted into the hospital and received a pacemaker thanks to alert 1. This service has given her children is great peace of mind. When she gets out of rehab she will be using alert 1 again.

My system is working just great! During the short time I've been involved, I have accidentally pressed the button a couple of times by leaning against something--forgive that, please. I have been very impressed with the response from my contact who was very kind and understanding. The main element that impressed me was that your rep wanted to make very sure I was okay. An extra comment or two was very obviously intended to draw me into a response that would confirm "all was well" with me. Thanks. I feel very safe with my Alert1.
