“some breaking in my house I could not get 911 to respond I called alert and got my three kids here fast and cops everything turned out ok thank you alert”

“It took over 30 minutes for help to arrive. My brother was on the floor as he had fallen in the bathroom. He stated to me that if he had had a heart attack) which is certainly a real possibility considering his medical situation) he would have been dead by the time they arrived. His wife was extremely upset. So, this is the first time he has needed your services. But, that much time delay is not acceptable. Please advise.”

“I was with my Dad when I pressed the button around his neck and no one responded, then I went to the base and pressed the big red button and about 60 seconds someone responded. Not sure if there was a problem with the button around his neck or if I was just a little panicky due to the emergency of getting him to the hospital. But the ambulance showed up within minutes. Thank you, Renee Hemphill, daughter of Elijah Watson”

“Only problem is fall button goes off too easy. It made me fall by going off when I stood up and so I rushed to control box to shut it down and tripped going up one step to get there causing me to fall and break my arm/shoulders. Will not us the fall button any more. It's caused me accident 3 times. Just going to use wrist button”

“The past two times we pushed the button - yesterday when my mother fell; and a couple of weeks ago when we pushed the button simply to 'Test' the system, it took a very long time to connect through to an operator”
