“Our mother was having chest pains in the middle of the night along with breathing trouble. She pushed the button on her first alert and as advertised help was there. She was taken to hospital and diagnosed with a heart attack. Thank you!”

“This is so well worth the money. My 90 year old mother has been able to live independently, rather go to a nursing home for many years by having the alert necklace! She fell yesterday and had to use the button to call for help. Her cell phone was out of reach so this was perfect. So worth the money.”

“I fell outside and hit my head hard on the driveway blacktop. So thankful I had my button. The Alert one lady heard my cries for help and immediately called my neighbor. Since he was not home, she called the ambulance which I needed. What I appreciate the most is how you kept my brother , who lives in another state, informed that I needed an ambulance, the. You called him back to tell him which hospital I was being taken to. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you very much!”

“This is Barry June's son in law. I accidently sat something on the button so you were alerted. I waited for your rep to speak and informed him my name, relationship and how the alert happened. I told him everything was okay with June, at our address and thanked him for responding. There was no normal response, which was odd but I did not worry about it! The next thing we knew an ambulance was at our front door. End of story Thank you for your normal service!”

“Yes, my sister had fallen and thank goodness Alert 1 was there to call me to go over and help her. She has only had Alert 1 for a couple of weeks and I am so glad! Talking to her and letting her know that I was on my way helped keep her calm. We are very pleased with your service.”

“I had stepped out of the house for a dentist appointment when he stumbled using his walker (don't know how it happened because he has used the walker for 3 years). But I make sure he always wears the Alert button when I leave for any short reason. This was the first time he has had to use it and you were there immediately. He did not need any medical assistance - a bruised knee is all there was and no need for hospitalization. Thanks again for your prompt arrival and getting him back on his feet. Rita Power”

“My mom fell and was unable to get up. She pressed her Alert 1 button and told them to call me. They not only called my cell but also my home phone and my husband's cell. Then they called her later to make sure she was okay.”

“I bought this Alert one for my elderly friend,Diane, because she lives two states away from me. She was unable to open and start the service for a few weeks, but now she has and when she called the number on the phone, she got a run around that is not to be believed! Not only had the Company's name changed, but she had to call 4 numbers to get ANY information and only to be told to call the first number and take option 2--an option not mentioned the first time she called!!! I want my money back!”
