“This service is for my mother in law. We are first called and the rep on the other end is ALWAYS helpful, informative and to the point. Thank you for being a constant source of security for a 92 year old. The service is so worth the money, I wish more children of aged parents would invest in a system. Thank you again”

“My name is Deborah Wadsworth and Pauline is my mother. She does not have a computer so I will answer your request. I feel if she did not have your device this whole event could have life threatening. I feel anyone living alone over 80 years old should have this device. I thank you for your service, she has talked to you on numerous occasions and every time you have been beyond helpful to her.”

“Call from a very confused person to an Excellent caring staff who helped me handle a difficult medical situation. Thanks for helping a very confused person (that didn't even know who the President of the US was) (now I remember and wish I didn't - ha ha). By the way, I was severely dehydrated and spent 4 days in the hospital. Thanks for sticking with me until the EMS team got here! Linda Baker”

“Merald pass away on June. 19th 2014 This is Burt, I used the Alert One. It worked great for me The Fire Dept. Boys took me to the hospital for pneumonia. I miss Merald a lot my Girl I meet in the 4th grade 76 Years ago. BURT”

“I'm Elsa's daughter responding on her behalf as she doesn't have email. Apparently during recent testing, she waited until the following day to respond...not sure why, I wasn't there. I let her know not to let her machine flash for any length of time when testing, and to respond immediately. Thank you for all you do.”

“The only complaint I have is not being able to talk to your machine when I'm up stairs or in the basement and the machine is located in our kitchen (main phone location). Is there a solution to this problem? Please advise, thank you.”

“Having Alert 1 for mom takes a huge burden off our shoulders. The security of knowing that mom has that alarm around her neck and can call for help is such a relief that we are able to keep her in her own home longer. This is HUGE for mom. “Donald passed away at 11:30 PM Fri Jan 15, about an hour after the call. The system worked as we hoped and Hospice arrived at home after your call.”

“My mom fell but I was able to get home and assess her. She was sore but did not want to go through the ER. She is finally using her call button. Is it possible to get another device. She misplaced the stationary one that came with the unit. Will there be a charge? Thanks. Her daughter, Judy”

“This is Kim Knapp, Rolland Knapp's son. By the time you contacted me, the message the person on the phone gave me was very confusing. I was told my sister was already at my dads house, before you called for paramedics. That could not be possible and was not, because she was in Orlando FL at the time. Paramedics did arrive and my dad did get to the hospital. He has a chip fracture on his Femur and continuing difficulties with Pneumonia, but is resting fine.”

“I thought they took awhile to get here but I was light-headed due to low blood sugar so don't know exactly how long it took. Once the guys got here, there helped me get my sugar back up to where it was safe and were very professional in helping me.”
