“The response time was within a reasonable amount of time. The code for the EMS to get into the lock box for our door key was given and help could get into the house. Thank you!”

“My dad fell and my mom pressed for help. Hospice was also notified. Alert 1 did not respond nor did hospice-communication breakdown. NO ONE CAME to help my dad. My mom wants to cancel. Please contact me to discuss the incident.”
