my mom fell and the fall sensor did not work, just got first bill was supposed to be $50 something was $134

The mobile Alert 1 device has given me more confidence in getting around and feeling more secure. It stays around my neck during the day but on the charger by my bed at night. I pay extra attention when getting up during the night to make sure it is around my neck before walking. My physician was very glad to see that I have purchased this especially when I am getting up during the night. He explained that this is the time people might have more chances for a fall because they are not as alert I have unintentionally set the alarm off two times and your representatives were very kind about this when they answered my calls so efficiently. Of course, I hope I will never have to use it but it is a comfort to know you are there if I do.

Easy to use, they answer quickly, the one time was an accident!! Really, I would rather have a bracelet. Just expensive

I'm not wearing it around my neck; I have it beside my bed. I bumped it doing ordinary activities and caused undue concern. I am fine!

iI have not had the Alert 1 very long. But it is very comfortable. I like the color. I accidentally pressed the button and someone was there talking to me immediately. That was a good sign. Hopefully I will not fall and will not have to use it. But I wear it most of the time, especially when I am out alone. Thank you

My father found himself not being able to get onto his bed, after a bathroom trip, so he grabbed a pillow and blanket and slid down to the floor. The bracelet registered his actions as a fall and immediately dispatched emergency personnel to his house and then, promptly called me. Without Alert 1, he would have spent the night on the floor and who knows how long of the next day there as well. Worked like a charm!

Unfortunately, this didn't work for us. We needed the wireless version, which you sent but it ran through a T mobile network, which is not in this area, plus we live on a large body of water, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, which your over the phone rep helping us problem solve said the lake interfered with the reception. None of these issues were addressed on the website when I ordered. I paid a year in advance for the service and had to sent it back the next day. Also, it cost me over $11.00 to sent it back, as there was not a return policy! Really wish it would have worked because we really need this service for my husband.

I was about to call you, as my POM keeps clicking its red alert about 20 times a day. I have not been wearing my button except while taking a shower. The button is upstairs in my bedroom, lying quietly on my dresser while the red alert button keeps going off. I think it may be the ultra-sensitivity of my POM, but am not sure. Should I send it back and get a new one? I am doing well and very healthy. Thank you, Ann Riordan

Everything went smooth & as planned. In the even we had a emergency. Paramedics did however come out to get her up off the floor. During my call back conversation everyone is very nice & easy to understand. Great job Alert 1. We are very Pleased with the service!

I am completely satisfied, my alert is working properly. You even contact me when I transfer from chair to chair. This is good because I know you are handling your responsibility as you agreed and this gives me the security that I was in search of. Thank you so much for your service.
