“I am the daughter of Rosina, I pay for her service, she lives in California and I live in Virginia. She has had to used the Emergency button a few times since being installed and every SINGLE time I have received a phone call with a TRUE PROFESSIONAL who is completely calm and concerned from Alert 1. They give me minute to minute update and never once did I feel like they were in a rush to give me information and not rush me off the phone. The system has truly paid for itself 10 time over because I still have my mother in my life!!! Sincerely, Dorothy Romero Stefaney”

“My mother had a fall and pushed her Alert 1 button. She did not feel emergency services were necessary, but did hurt her ankle and asked that I, her daughter, be contacted. Members of the Alert 1 team are so caring and courtious. They contacted me immedialely, and we were able to get immediate care for my mom. I am thoroughly happy with Alert 1.”

“Responsive, but must realize my Mother is about 80% deaf and you may have to speak loudly and frequently for her to hear you. If she does not respond, please call me Barbara Leonard as soon as possible. I live about 15 minutes from her and can get there pretty quickly. Thanks so much for your service. “You were very nice on the phone and my help was here within 5 minutes. Thank you very much. I told them that if I had wine we could have a party..there were 6 extra people in my house at 10 pm. One is a nurse who checked me before they got me up. I pray that I won't need you again, but I do know it works...then you followed up with a call.”
