“I had broken my tibia below the knee that was deteriorating and ended up with a new new and reinforced tibia. Just got home for the first time since that day. I spent 3 weeks in rehab learning how to walk again.”

“I didn’t yell loudly enough so you dispatched the police and I called them to turn them off. They did “turn off “ so all was good.”

“You did fine. She fell in the kitchen and was unhurt, but her alert system detected the fall and so you called for emergency assistance. We would have preferred that you call us first since we are first on the response list, but everything worked out fine.”
