“My mom fell the other day. No one was scheduled to check on her and her phone had fallen away from her. My brother and I were alerted to the situation. She was on the floor less than 15 minutes. This is a great system. I am so glad we did this for her.”

“It was our fault that Alert 1 did not have proper contact info for caregiver and neighbors as she mistakenly pressed button. She often can not hear voice on machine to respond that all is well.”
