“The alarm very went off. She had fallen and died. The neighbor found her and she went in her shirt to push the button. She was wearing the necklace and she fell, but the alert never went off Pls have someone help us to cancel our services as she is dead now”

“Wish there was way, the trigger could stop, before the final call to 911. Maybe a 2 button device so non-life threating "emergencies" could be triggered...”

“I fell in my living room and broke 3 bones in my foot and Alert 1 notified EMT's and my family. I was so happy for my necklace, I just had to push the button and talk to your worker. I thank-you ....thank-you so much for being there ! I live alone in the country and wear my necklace ALL the time and have had to use it twice. It gives me such a feeling of security”
