“The system seems to be working fine. Several times it has been activated without my knowing why. I had not fallen. Perhaps I inadvertantly bumped the pendant. The voice exchange was very congenial. Although I am not likely to fall, or need help in other emergencies, I have subscribed to Alert 1 because I live alone, and value the available service, just in case.”

“I have tested the device a few times and the response it pronto. They are all very nice and compassionate. Thankfully I have not needed it yet and pray that I do not need it for an emergency. It does give me peace of mind since I am a single woman. I would recommend it to anyone who is living alone just to have. Cost/day is about $1.03 which is worth your peace.”

“Your device failed a test.....After calling support no one got back to me...The devise continued to make an audible noise until the battery died. I am no longer a customer. I don't know why your records are not updated..I paid in full for a year”

“Thank you so much for your service. I live out of state from our mom, so it give me peace knowing your there for her. When she set up her system and called to make sure it was working the operator was so kind and had a nice long chat with her. Our mother feels more secure knowing your there for her!”

“Everyone always answers so politely, even if the alert goes off on its own. I have been having problems with the alert being too sensitive, but I guess that is good considering that it at least it does alert someone.”

“Was not told when I talked to a representative that wherr my mother, Betty Snapp lives they don't have a tower that reaches. So it arrived and we set it up as instructed but they couldn't get a proper signal so it was useless and I returned it still having to pay the activation fee.”

“Someone was suppose to call us. We have a Magic Jack Internet phone which, apparently doesn't work with your equipment. No one has called us so we are going to send it back. We expect a full refund unless you have a way to guarantee it will work. 623-239-5460 602-820-5835 602-820-5044”

“The first 3 days o had the Alert 1, it activated 3 times. Once when I leaned against a cabinet (was wearing on my belt) and two other times when I would lean against or brush against something. Then I fell. It was a significant fall and I was injured. Then, the alert made no sound at all. Fortunately, my daughter was nearby and she helped me. When I reported this to your company, I was told I should not be wearing it on my belt. However YOU provided me with a belt attachment and told me to wear it this way. I have returned your equipment as I really do not want or need something that does not work.”

“Writing for my mom, Clyda. I am very pleased with your service. Mom has accidently set the alarm off several times by the way she sits down. The person is always very kind sounding. Having this system gives me peace of mind about her. Even though we aren't far apart in distance (150') I don't have to worry about her being unable to get up after a fall. (This has happened twice before we purchased the alarm system.) Thank you!”

“We returned the pendant on April 8th. My mother in law fell and it did not alert ! She was wearing the necklace with the censor that would go off automatically if she fell. Luckily it wasn't life threatening, but it could have been her life.”

“I am Linda, the daughter of Dolores, we are very grateful for Alert 1, I live in Carson City and she is in South Lake Tahoe,I feel much better knowing Alert 1 is pretty much right there with her, example... she pushes the button by accident,(more often than she should), she has done this a couple times while I was there and a friendly staff has called right away to make sure she is OK Thank you for your patience and having such a wonderful product.”
