“My last situation was very successful. Mid morning I could not stand from my chair. I pushed my button and the paramedics came and took me to Kaiser Hospital. I had several friends visiting and they were helpful to gather a few of belongings for me to take with me. I am now in rehab so my situation was resolved initially in a short and excellent way. A few days longer and I will be going home.”

“My mom had a fall a day after we purchased her watch. The service was incredible following the calling instructions perfectly. My moms caretaker was called on her cell first which she didnt answer then saw that the same number was calling her land line so she answered Your service was outstanding and extremely reassuring for my moms loved ones Thank you so much”

“Took longer than I thought it should to answer call. Person left the phone to notify paramedics and put this horrible loud music on the phone. Music finally went off completely an nothing or noone on the line. The person who answered never stayed on the line or came back after they put the music on. Next thing I heard a minute or so later was the fire dept on the line indicating someone was on the way. I thought when I enrolled I was told the person answering the call would stay on line with me until someone arrived. That did not happen and since I thought I might be having a heart attack, that was very less than comforting.”

“I was called with in minutes of my mother calling for help. Got to her home a few minutes later. Police and paramedics were already on scene. All went well and my mother is back home. Well done Outstanding response”

“The most important thing is that you responded right away - you did fine. But there is one problem. I am her daughter, April. I am her primary care giver. I have called several times to be sure to call me first, but every time you call my brother. He is not close by. I am. It wastes time that I could be on my way to her. Please note this in the proper place so I am the first call when you receive her alert 917-837-2830. Thank you for your much needed help in keeping my mother as safe as possible.”
