This is Tony Ellington . You totallie dropped the ball . My 86 yr old mother fell hit the alert and no one was sent to check on her . Some one (Dispatct )called my sister and when she arrived my mother was laying on the floor at least 30 min after she received call . What exactly I'm I paying for . To say I'm upset is an under statement.

Yourr response to my mother-in-laws call was excellent. I received the alert about 6;30 am. We are satisfied with how her fall was handled. Thank you !

Your response was excellent. SF Fire Department was summoned and arrived quickly. I was not able to get to the door, so the lock-key worked well. My daughter, son-in-law and son were contacted immediately. My daughter was able to converse with the Fire Lieutenant, on the phone, during the paramedics evaluation of my situation and then arrive at the hospital soon after my transport. I feel very safe with the Alert 1. Thank you!

John fell 2 days ago in the bathroom.....his alarm did not go off until caregiver arrived and pushed it for help......will never know why this time when really needed it didn't work.....I will be calling to return everything as he did not make it..... Thank you Mary jo larsen

We are paying for the fall protection and when my mother fell it did not go off. She had to press the button herself. My concern is if she would have bumped her head and been knocked out when she fell it did not go off and then she would have been laying there. So I'm not sure why that part did not work.

i still would like to know who set my mother's account to say if she was not hurt to just notify the contact people. My mother told the responder she could not get up. Why would you do what you did? She needed professional help not 60 plus year old people. My mom said the responder was different than the other times and not as caring. I did not set my mom's account that way nor was I given any option to do anything in regards to that. So please advise me as to how this all took place.

Everything went according to plan. My Mother fell, hit her mouth on the table and went down. Paramedics were called, transported her to the hospital for stitches. She is back home and is fine. Thank you.

Everything went well. There was some confusion i your care giver hearing me since I was at the other end of my house in another room. I would have preferred trying to get up myself (which I did) and having your office call me back. But both the fire department and my daughter came.

I am Willies' daughter, Louise Grubb and I told my husband yesterday that I wanted to contact someone at Alert1 and thank you for the wonderful response to my mothers call. Your call to me was at 4:07 and my mother, who was in congestive heart failure, was on her way to the hospital by 4:30. I may have beat the ambulance to her house by 5 or 6 minutes. I am very grateful that you were there to dispatch the ambulance because her breathing was very labored.. She is back home now and doing very well. We have a visit with her Dr. today to make sure everything is o.k. Thank you again for your quick response and also for your continued concern. Louise

EMS was at my home in about 15 minutes. It was just a pick up from the floor and I did not require any further assistance. Thank you the help Linda

They did very good, it's just hard to hear them plainly, because their voice sounds muffled and going in and out. Also the volume sounds too loud.
