“My dad had a stroke and fell on his left side. Right side weak so he couldn't push the button. He will be moving to rehab after leaving the hospital so we will no longer need your services. What kind of notice do we need to give you and how do we get the equipment back to you? Thank you.”

“I'm concerned that it takes a while for Alert 1 to answer.. More than that..I want to say that recently I misplaced my button that I hangs around my neck and when I called to have it replaced, I was shocked to hear it would cost me $39.00 to be replaced.....That's ridiculous....especially since I've been with you people for many years and have been instrumental in having many of my friends and family purchase this program from Alert 1....Let's be reasonable ..................”

“I was very disatified with the service that day. It took 20 mins and one other phone call to 911 myself to see where the ambulance was. I dont know what the hold up that day was but it was very poor because she was having a heart attack Daughter Bev”

“System worked perfectly, parmedics took me to emergency where they diagnosed dehydration and an infection that I did not know about. I returned home Friday afternoon and am feeling "normal" again. One thing, the paramedics banged on the door and I had to direct them to the lock box and tell them the code to unlock it and get my key. I asked them about this on our way to the hops. They said that the info and code was "in the records" and they would have found it if I hadn't been able to answer. If I hadn't been able to answer, I wonder if they would have referred to "the records" or would the fire dept. have removed a door or window. I should have asked but didn't think about it.”
