“Alert1 device activated and after speaking with Alert1 representative, a local ambulance was dispatched with EMT assessment and transport with care on board to hospital. Thankfully it was nothing serious that required overnight stay as irregular symptoms disappeared and blood pressure under control.”

“My Mom (Mildred) was very pleased, as was I. The fire department arrived quickly to help her get up and she had no injuries. We love the comfort of knowing help is there, if we need it.”

“Thank you for checking. This is my 91 year old mother's Alert button. Her blood pressure spiked in the middle of the night and she pressed her Alert button, got a response very quickly. Her medication was adjusted and she is fine. Again, thank you.”

“Thank you so much!! I am Marilyn`s son. Mom could not get up in bathroom at 4am. help arrived and treated her with dignity and respect. I received a phone call around 4:30 am. unfortunately I leave for work between 3:30 and 4 am. So I didn`t get the call in time, My visiting CNA called to tell me what happened. I am so glad we subscribed to you services.”
