“i was having severe dizzy spells after a few days home from heart valve replacement i pushed my button and the man answered and assured me help was on the way. which it was. went to emergency and later was transferred downtown and quickly had surgery for a pacemaker because my heart kept pausing . Alert one got me the help i needed.”

“They promptly called the list of people on the contact list and then called for emergency help. We were then able to determine if it was a medical emergency, which it was not. She needed assistance because she had gone to the bathroom all over the floor, which is what happened when she had a stroke. We are glad she was able to use the response button to get help when she did not know what to do in the middle of the night. I then went to her apartment and cleaned up the mess. All is well and she is feeling better. Thank you for the assistance in the middle of the night. Her daughter, Christy”

“This is her daughter, Peggy. You IMMEDIATELY dispatched EMS to assist my elderly mother who has fallen..on numerous occasions. And you IMMEDIATELY contacted me so I could drive to wherever she was and be there for her. ALERT1 IS AWESOME. !!!.
