“hi, this is Helen Sisti's daughter Linda, i pressed the emergency button. Which contacted the 911. I don't understand the process? When i hung up, my cell phone rung, (didnt realize it was Alert 1), my brother in law's phone and my husbands work phone were called. Why is this procedure? I'd like to review what phone numbers are listed. Also since we havent really used the system, is there any maintenance i am suppose to completed on a regular basis? Batteries in the wrist bands? Thanks Linda”

“This is her daughter Maury. Thank you so much for being there for my mom. She had a heart attack and was taken by ambulance to Rochester General Hospital where she was treated and is recovering nicely. I also appreciated the call I got so I was home before the ambulance arrived. Thank you and God Bless!!!!!”

“It all worked well. Mom is home and doing ok. The problem we have always had is that it is difficult to understand when you come on after the alert button has been pressed. I tell my Mom that at least you can hear her.”

“My mother was choking for lack of air and the operator kept asking her what was going on. She said she can't breath but the operator kept asking her questions. My mother dialed 911 and received the help she needed. I will be canceling the subscription with alert1 immediately. VERY disappointed.”

“Miss Clara is doing fine now and in rehab after surgery to repair her fractured hip. Having her Alert 1 button allowed her to contact our local 911 services after a fall that left her immobile on the kitchen floor. Prompt help resulted in less severe injury and a faster recovery. Thanks!”
