“I am utterly disgusted by Alexander Forbed. I claimed on 10 September and on 18 September I was informed that SARS declined my tax application. I was informed to contact SARS and once resolved I had to call Alexander Forbes on a number provided in the SMS notification. Ii contacted SARS and discovered that Alexander Forbes used the wrong personal tax number. This even though I gave the correct number on my application. I even had to upload my latest tax documents with my income tax number in it. I now fear the worst. Have they ran away with our money.......?”

Their call center is twice as worse, you wait on the call for almost an hour and then you get agents acting as if they cant hear you, the drop the call.
