I was on hold for 50 mins nothing happens. Your WhatsApp still not working for a month, you promised clients that you respond to emails within 48 hours, well its been a week and half since I sent my email. Why your service is horrible whereas you claim to the public that you are the best company. I wonder why my employer decided to move from Sanlam to you. “What a disappointment. 2 Pot system program is useless. Client communication do not exist. I claimed on the 4th of September, claim status is on payment for some time now, detail section: "there is no payment info on claim" for some time now. All communication systems with Alexander Forbes seems to be blocked; phone, emails, whup. Tried again to make contact this morning and managed to hold on for 90 minutes before i gave up. Other companies seem to manage the process successfully but Alexander Forbes has failed.”
“Good morning, I've applied for my 2pot on the 4 September, still nothing, they wanted my ID and banking details still nothing, then i phoned them and phoned them and they never replied, the i got an email from them wanting my marriage certificate, which i emailed on the 18 September, up until today still no feedback, they don't answer their phoned, no responding on the emails that i send, worst service ever, i must always follow up, they don't even bother to sms or email or phone you,”
“I am utterly disgusted by Alexander Forbed. I claimed on 10 September and on 18 September I was informed that SARS declined my tax application. I was informed to contact SARS and once resolved I had to call Alexander Forbes on a number provided in the SMS notification. Ii contacted SARS and discovered that Alexander Forbes used the wrong personal tax number. This even though I gave the correct number on my application. I even had to upload my latest tax documents with my income tax number in it. I now fear the worst. Have they ran away with our money.......?”
