I only get password reset messages via sms and the password dosnt even update.The email option dosnt even send through the links.I tried to call without any success of any one answering,email auto response states that they will get back to me after 3 days and yet it’s been weeks now.For a big brand this is a huge disappointment.”
“Claim was submitted on 5 September, only for Alexander Forbes to send me an sms on 8 October to say SARS has rejected my tax application and I need to follow up with SARS and advise A/Forbes once the issue has been resolved - only to find out A/Forbes has submitted incorrect ID Number to SARS (don't know how this can happen when they have all the correct details), hence application was rejected. Now you cannot get a hold of anyone at A/Forbes as you constantly speak to an automated machine!!!”

My next step is taking this to all social media pages I currently have about how Alex Forbes treat their clients and the service they provide.

I have asked nicely in the beginning to get my claim paid out when it reached 4 weeks and after 5 weeks I got an email back saying it now will take up to 8 weeks

You are causing people to not be able to get their money and not being able to pay their expenses or what so ever they need it for !
There is a REASON I withdrew my fund and have explained also via email to get MY MONEY and this just shows how much you care for your clients and OUR MONEY.

I will expose everything through social media and will make sure to take this up with my lawyer how you provide false information that we will receive pay out BETWEEN 4-6 weeks and how you send an email stating it now will take 6-8 weeks

I was on hold for 50 mins nothing happens. I claimed on the 4th of September, claim status is on payment for some time now, detail section: "there is no payment info on claim" for some time now. All communication systems with Alexander Forbes seems to be blocked; phone, emails, whup. Tried again to make contact this morning and managed to hold on for 90 minutes before i gave up. Other companies seem to manage the process successfully but Alexander Forbes has failed.”
