“ Great holiday down to Llandudno in North Wales holiday was great we had three steam train journeys threw the week staying at the Hydro staff are excellent great help throughout our holiday very helpful at reception and throughout the hotel ros where very clean and tidy great sea views entertainment was excellent Bobby gold was very funny dinning room was very nice the staff work very hard to serve each table troy the waiter was very helpful with information how to get to different places Rob was driving our coach he was very professional and helpful throughout our stay always helping my wife with her delta frame on and of the coach he always had it ready for her at the coach door full of information throughout our stay and managed to fix my wife's walker as it had come loose with a screw missing he is a very hard worker and I would say the best coach driver we have had for a long time thank you Rob for making our trip so great we will be back as soon as we can 5***** service he is a great asset to to Alfa Travel team ”
