“Ordering was easy. Yet it took ten days for the product to arrive. Yet it is lockdown so not sure I can blame A Little Find! Customer Service was excellent and allowed me to change the order - by accident I had ordered a different scent. Happy too with packaging 😊👍🏻”

“I placed an order of several items, unfortunately 1 of the items, a Tonie, was no longer available. I was notified by email with apologies and offered a refund. I requested a different Tonie and even though my order had been dispatched at this point Nadine ensured it was sent straight away. One very happy 3 year old and even happier Mum. Excellent customer service!!”

“My first package arrive bursted and the contents had all spilled out. It was a glass and mirror spray. I emailed (little find)and sent pictures of damaged parcel. They e mailed me back within a very short time apologising and assured me a new one would be sent. It arrived within two or three days. Great service much appreciated and recommend them highly.”
