“The Carpet Fitters damaged our newly painted room by taking paint off the skirting, edge of bedroom door and scraping the wall. One of the fitters pointed out to my husband the damage on the wall and the skirting and asked if he still had paint. Choice of carpets on the website and samples good but carpet fitting would not use again. Don't believe that they took their time when they noticed that they were causing damage when the attitude was 'do you still have paint'. No apology offered for the damage caused.”
