“Although I tried to call the All Floors Express phone line several times and each time had to leave a message, they always returned my call quickly, which was reassuring. They also sent me samples free of charge very speedily too, so that was much appreciated and shows a professional approach. I was a little bit worried for a couple of days after we had made our order as we didn't get an immediate confirmation of the delivery date, but perhaps this can be excused because it was close to Christmas. Most impressive of all were the two chaps who delivered our order ( 1 carpet and 2 big rolls of underlay) who were some of the nicest delivery chaps I have ever met. They were very polite, helpful, attentive, not too hurried and they were really lovely. Overall an impressive service and we shall buy from All Floors Express again.”

We have been sent a number of samples to help us decide which carpet to choose and when we picked our carpets they arrived quickly.

“Quickly responded to a question prior to purchase, helping me to make sure I got the right thing. Kept us informed by email and phone regarding delivery time, so didn't have to hang about too much. Vinyl was as expected, no problems. Only issue was I had to put my home address as the billing address for my credit card payment to go through and I didn't realise this changed the delivery address I had put in, until payment was in progress. Not a big deal in my case, I just changed plans to be at home, but not a great feature of the checkout process.”

“My overall rating would have been 'very good' but for the fact that allfloors express round UP, a fact that would have escaped me but for writing this review. I was charged for 25 sq m for carpet 4m x 6.1m, in truth a small amount; bear this in mind.
Would I use allfloors express again? most certainly, simply, their prices seem reasonable and they keep you updated though out the process to delivery.”

Hi Joel, I really wish we could the issue seems to revolve around the Billing address must be exact, the problem we have is that they are relatively high value goods and the checks are stringent because of us allowing a different delivery address. Kindest regards Martin
Sorry to hear this, a simple email and we would of instantly resent another set, this is not a frequent occurrence but post does seem to go missing at times.

“Lovely floor, delivered on the day we requested. Only downside is that we have way more floor than we needed. We have over 3 packs left as well as a lot of underlay! Guessing the 10% allowance is very healthy!”
“As an 82 year old incapable of visiting shops I do most of my shopping on line and I have to say there have been few disappointments.
Computer colour can't be relied on, hence the ordering of samples.
I haven't ticked "Very good" simply because I rang the firm for samples of gold carpet which were promised but never arrived.
I ordered the colour Chamois for a bedroom, simply for its name, hoping it would look similar to a Chamois wash leather and was not disappointed as the colour is gold, but neither too bright nor too dark and I highly recommend it.
Have ordered the same for the lounge which is next to the bedroom and I estimate that I have saved more than £300 on the two rooms, thanks to Allfloorsexpress which has also forgiven me for getting muddled up with another firm whose email arrived straight after one from the above firm, implying that they had a gold that I would like, and making me think that Chamois was no longer available! That's the power of "Cookies" and one of my many "Senior moments"!
