“They gave us the time window of arrival between 12 and 2pm. No contact from them when running late, hung up on me when complaining. Advised us it could be up to 5pm, terrible attitude and didnt turn up at all.”
“Booked time off work,took fences down for access etc.which took 2hrs then they phoned up 10 mins before delivery time with some poor excuse that something had broke down,was told they had electricians working on it all night,so why did they not phone earlier ?Then I phoned up,think it was Warrington & some ignorant bad mannered guy started swearing to me on the phone because I asked for compensation,then because I said it was a poor management he hung up on me!DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible service !!!!!!!!!!Let downs!!!”
