“To begin with our vacation...the driver told my husband that he could carry the suitcases and place in the trunk. Then he wanted to drop us off on the other side across the street of The Knickerbocker Hotel and walk a block with suitcases. I said, " absolutely not...this is a car service not Uber and he needed to drop off in front of the main entrance. Also, I signed a receipt book when I noticed the total price was not on it, then before he dropped us off, I insisted on a copy of the receipt. The company is realiable, car was in very good condition an A rating but the driver gets a poor rating !!!”

“On a recent visit to New York Allstate provided 2 vehicles for journeys to and from airports. On both occasions they were on time waiting for our arrival. The cars were clean and the drivers helpful and courteous. Allstate really provided everything you would want from a service that was organised from the UK for use in the US easily and efficiently. I would definitely be happy to use them again and would be comfortable in recommending Allstate to anyone requiring reliable and cost effective transportation.”

“This was so smooth thanks to Mickie over at Allstate. Informative, helpful, professional. Bottom line these guys delivered. Last thing I and my young family needed after a 14 hour flight was any delays, which I am glad to say I didn't have. There were a number of messages informing us the driver was at the airport waiting. Thank you Mickie at Allstate.”

“Very dissapointed by the way the company tries to gain sales by misleading potential customer. On the booking page, there are options to choose the type of car. A picture of a Mercedes S Class is displayed as a VIP option. What we got was instead a Toyota Highlander, not even the newest. It is in no way on the same tier as an S Class or anywhere near the same car class as on the picture. I would like a refund or partial refund or an upgraded ride while still in the city.”

“On the way into New York, we had paid the extra $10 for the driver to meet us inside at baggage claim, but that did not happen. He told us he could not do that but didn't explain why. Other than that one issue, both drivers were timely, friendly, and helpful. We especially enjoyed Rodney, he was great!”

“I had a horrible day with flights cancelled My route to get from DFW LGA changed several times - I was able to reach Allstate limousine easily and each time the representative was very helpful and put me at ease the car pickup was changed. The driver was there and a very nice gentleman All went well! Thanks”

“Exceptional Service. The driver was waiting for usand displaying our names on a board outside the baggage hall at JFK airport and helped to carry our bags. The vehicle was clean and his driving was safe, getting us to our Hotel quickly. Throughout his attitude was polite and he had a pleasing disposition. Our initial booking was handled by Mickie Lee who throughout dealt with us professionally , answering questions and ensuring we had the best of service. Without doubt we would use Allstate Private Car & Limo again and we recommend others do the same. Dennis and Diane Rensch”

“Completely dissatisfied with the lack of clarity on the cost of this service. Online they have a rate in which is almost double once they add in tolls and service fees. Plus the driver added on a tip without my consent. I would never use their services again.”

“While the driver was there on time waiting for us, he took only my luggage and left my friend to schlep her own, no wheels on it, across two streets and into parking lot. He walked way ahead of us, so much so that we could not see him at some points. Then the car...I requested a luxury sedan and we got a Denali. I am handicapped and cannot climb into a truck, so the driver had to help lift me in... Very uncomfortable and embarrassing for me. During the ride he asked me to initial something on the bill and apparently I initialed in the wrong spot , and he fussed about it. Then he wanted me to tell the police I was handicapped, although I didn't know why as I could not understand him. (turns out it was so he could turn on a street that was blocked) I told the policeman that and was questioned a bit by police as to what I was saying, where I was going, etc. and told them the driver wanted me to tell them that, and then he started yelling at me again. He yelled at me several times throughout the ride. On top of that, he was on the phone quite a lot, and was even texting during some of it. We used a different company for our return trip to the airport, - night and day difference. Very disappointed in our experience with Allstate . *** AFTER THIS REVIEW, THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME AND GAVE A MODEST PRICE ADJUSTMENT. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.”

“I wouldn't say that I was super impressed with my car service. I paid extra for an indoor pickup, and the driver refused to park his car and come inside and get me. He also took a very weird way to "try" and beat traffic but it ended up being the same exact amount of time (if not longer). I was also told that my price did not include gratuity, which I had thought it did, so that made me feel a little uncomfortable. I wanted to be able to look at an itemized receipt of what I had paid for, but cannot find that anywhere to see if gratuity was included or not. All in all I would not use this car service again.”
