“Utilized Allstate to set up transfer from the airport to the city when I knew I would be arriving late one night and did not want to take my chance on waiting in a long taxi line. Upon my arrival I had a text from the company letting me know where to find my driver and then I had a text & call from the driver letting me know where to meet him. The driver was the consummate professional and got me to my destination quickly. I will definitely use their services again.”

“We were picked up by your driver a little late.no big deal. He packed the car up and then sped away - which is he first issue. His driving was appalling and did not feel safe - even for NYC drivers. When we arrived at the airport he opened the tailgate from the inside and due to his awful driving one of our large Samsonite cases fell to the ground with a thump because it's very full and pretty heavy. The driver didn't even acknowledge that it had happened, appearing to try and pretend that it hadnt. When we got inside upon further inspection I could see that the zip on the case was broken. In effect he has ruined a £350 case. At the very least I would expect a refund of the journey and the $20 tip that my husband begrudgingly gave the driver. If you want to get any Goodwill from us moving forward I would expect a payment to make up for some of the damage to the case.”

“Driver was diligent in ensuring we found him: he called a few minutes after we landed and directed us as to which door and how to find him. The company also triggered an email that contained the tag number of car we had ordered.”

“This is the second car we have used in New York since arriving. On both occasions we have listened to the drivers moaning about where we're going and seeming to blame us for not knowing where they were taking us. We found this very rude as it is not our responsibility to sort out the confusion between the driver and the company giving them information. Later in to our journey the drivers have become friendlier as they clearly at this point want a tip!”

“Coming in on an international flight it was frustrating that the confirmation email had no instructions on where to meet the driver so I had to mess around for a while upon landing. That said the staff were helpful, the driver courteous and everything went smoothly from that point. Would use again but would like to confirm a meeting point beforehand in future”
