I’m glad you have asked for a review as we were just discussing how to make contact regarding the very poor service and worse driving we received today from JFK to W Times Square. Firstly. When we arrived at the airport we waited where lots of profesional drivers were waiting with signs with client names, our names was not listed so we made contact via phone with the call Center who asked me to talk to a driver directly. The driver was rude and short on the phone and suggested that I was in the wrong by phoning / not knowing to go outside. Perhaps your email confirmation should explain that the driver picks you up outside and you need to make contact with them for the pickup location, the driver had not contacted at all via phone or text. SECONDLY. The drivers driving was atrocious and we felt unsafe at multiple times, eapecly when he over took Cars by using the exit Lane then cutting back in, failing to use turn signals and caused other cars to brake to avoid us and honk ALOT! I think the height of this was when we hit the curb to avoid a car that he just cut off... we were then signaled by the other driver to let us know we were wrong..... This man is not a prepfesional driver and his manner in the car was less than satisfactory and his limited knowledge of how to operate the air cond just demonstrated his incompetence. AND THIRDLY When we arrived at our hotel miraculously in one peace and after sustaining a lecture about how airport transfers are not worth it because it takes him two hours and these cars use so much fuel he makes so money.... HE THEN RUDLY growled at my father “tip is not included” I fully expected to pay him a tip, it was never going to be a lot because of the driving standard SO I paid him $10, just shy of 10% of the base rate, he then shook his head at my father and coughed at him..... At this point I’d also like to point out we booked with you because your website promoted the Cadillac Escalade and our driver was in a chev surburban, now I know it’s nearly the same but we wanted a high end expensive otherwise we would have booked with other agents who offered surburban for less then the Escalade. I was very unimpressed by the service. I booked a luxury limo to pick me up from my hotel to take me to the airport. Driver arrived late sat outside double parked without letting me know he had arrived. The car was filthy inside (I have photos to prove this) and outside. The driver didn't open car door for me. The driver was untidy and dressed casually - in old faded jeans and casual striped teeshirt/polo shirt. Throughout the journey the driver held loud private conversations on his mobile by speaker phone. I felt very uncomfortable about these private conversations. The driver was simultaneously talking on the phone while driving and at times I felt unsafe. The driver dropped me off at American Airlines when he had been advised I was flying Qantas. Do you think this service is acceptable and worth the amount I paid?

Dear Allstate Private Car & Limo, I have used your service many times now and always been very pleased. However today you disappointed me. Yesterday when I booked the trip online the price was 28.70 USD as you can see on the first uploaded picture. Then today when I was paying for my ride I reacted and objected on the new price amounting to 51 USD. I told the driver about the price I was given when booking, he said that was impossible and that the price to EWR should be between 51-59 USD. I then wanted to show him the booking confirmation, but he was not very interested in discussing the matter why I now turn to you. I look forward to your replay and to a refund amounting to the difference, i.e. 22.30 USD. Kind regards, Henrik

The problem is with the way the booking was handled. 1. Although I have been charged USD10 as fee for pickup inside the arrival hall & a parking fee, I was never met by anyone in the arrival hall. 2. I had to call your customer support and was advised that a car (#249) was on the way. 3. I came out of the arrival hall with my luggage and waited in the passenger pickup area for another 10 minutes but car #249 did not turn up. 4. I had to call up your customer support again and the call was transferred to a driver who said he was on the way and then, after a minute, that he had reached the nearby parking garage area. Please note that these calls are not cheap as I'm on international roaming here. 5. I kept talking with him while trying to locate him. He finally located me & took me to the car. 6. He was courteous and helpful. 7. His car #, however, was not 249. I enquired about the delay in pickup & he mentioned that he was just contacted by your office a few minutes back with a request to pick me up. That's why he was not in a position to meet me at the arrival hall. 8. This left a bad taste in the mouth. However, I had decided to move on while never to use your services again. 9. The situation was further aggravated on 25/06/18 when my credit card account was debited a second time by you. When I sent a mail to you for reversal, I was advised that this was the final charge and that the first charge was a 'hold'. My credit card account has, however, been debited twice. 10. I have reiterated that this unauthorised charge be immediately reversed and I have disputed this charge.

The car stinked of smoke! Disgusting!! The driver complained about how little I was paying for my ride and asked for more money.

Car failed to turn up yesterday and a promise of a second car also didn’t happen resulting in me waiting at the airport for an hour before getting an Uber. Today’s car was 20 minutes late giving me stress about getting to the airport on time.

Excellent service and very humble person at the limo, but the charges are modified after, take very careful of the disclousers before contract this kind of service

Driver was not where he was supposed to be to meet us. Had to walk 10 mins in rain to car. Car was dirty and smelled

I arrived early so I called to inform you. However, the agent I spoke with told me there was no reservation for me on the 11 or 14 May even after giving him both confirmation numbers. I ended the call and called back and immediately was confirmed once giving confirm number. Car arrives and drivers trunk is full of his personal stuff however he got luggage in but just barely. Was extremely disappointed in the service I received and will be cancelling my return.

The car was way below the standard I was expecting , I paid for an upgrade but received a standard saloon car , the driver was pleasant but the car was dirty and had seen better days

Driver was 35 minutes late. Never introduced himself, just said “Omg 3 bags. I replied with that was stated on my reservation. Took a different way to the airport without tolls but charged me 23.00. Then I was told I had to tip a mandatory 10.00. I have used this co before and never had a problem. But this is ridiculous

After we made the reservation i send a email throuth your website asking where will be the pickup point. No one answered.We stayed for 2 hours waiting in a frozen night.the drived that pick us there in the terminal wanted us to pay more money for the ride.

The price quoted said it included tolls, tax etc. But it did not! So the $48 rate became $62. Not cool!

No car arrived. I called dispatch three times and each time I was told a car 'was on its way'. Each time I was given a different excuse for why the car was not there. Finally, an hour after scheduled time a car arrived. He did not know my destination, that I had paid in advance or any other detail. I book a car and pay in advance so I don't have to deal with this at 6:45 a.m. arriving in a new city. I expect a full refund for this transaction.

Our ride was so disappointing That it does not even deserve the minimum of 1 star. After a delay of our luggage at the Airport due to the weather conditions are we ”Welcomed” to a so called ”VIP” car That couldnt be in a worse condition, so old and dirty. If it had been cleaned in the last year both on the inside and outside would probably be a joke. Looked like dry vomit in the frontseat. Usch!!! It was also too small for what we purchased, because the requirement for the VIP car was that it would fit 4 people and 4 normal size luggages. However, the driver had a huge car wheel in his trunk so we had to squeeze into the car with a luggage in the backseat ending Up sitting horrible bad the whole ride. We Have pictures provning this!!! On top of this bad experience, Did the driver turn of the air in the car which made all the windows foggy and impossible to look through. Lastly, couldnt the driver even find the right address. Im so disappointed, That I cant find words... I ordered your service because of recommendations and a VIP car since we are in NY for Birthday Celebrations and this is How it starts. I Have seriously never had such bad experience anywhere else in the world. I wish to be contacted by your company and be compensated for this extremely poor service of yours! This was absolutely unacceptable!
