“The car was old and in poor condition. Not in keeping with a "Private Car" The big tyre in the boot meant that half the trunk was full before we tried to put suitcases in. Overall not a great experience”

“I booked a mini van with you and the the extra to be picked up at the inside of the air port this should have been $87.No driver on our arrival so I had to phone you no mini van as booked and we had to wait outside also no recipet,so if indeed you have charged me $87 I hope you pass on a refund as this is very poor service.to cap it all we were not happy with the car that picked us up in.If I do not get a fair result in this I will then have no choice but to take further action.”

“Driver was nice, car was clean. Paid for a luxury sedan, but all it seemed was a silver town car and not the usual black. I was expecting something a little nicer. Overall, good experience”

“I paid to have a driver come into the airport to wait for us and help us with bags but they called me to meet him outside. He was on time but I paid extra for the extra service which I didn't get and needed. Also my kiddo was sick from our flight and the driver was tailgating so much that he threw up again in the car thankfully we had puke bags. The rest of us were also carsick from the drivers aggressive breaking. It was a rough ride. The only reason I gave them a 5 is because the driver was polite, on time and tried to help us book the next transfer.”

“Used the service three times Nov 9-10. First driver was horrendous-was not at designated pickup location, arrived finally 25 minutes late. Second and third drivers were much better (the third was my favorite-would love to have him drive me again!) and more like the pleasant professionals I had expected.”

“Booked online. As requested, gave flight time of arrival. Flight was on time. Was charged 30% ($30) waiting fee. Will never use again! Also will cancel another booking. Will rate "Poor" on Trip Advisor, too.”

“There was confusion about our pickup at the airport. We were trying to avoid stress and having to transport our luggage. I could not seem to communicate with the person who answered to main telephone number. However, out driver was excellent and once we connected with him, he provided a safe and comfortable ride to the hotel.”
