“It was a great experience in all ways. Knowing that a car was waiting for me took away any anxiety of arriving at night, as a woman alone. My driver was great, very friendly and respectful. He texted me complete information about his car and license plate, so that I could find him immediately. The drive from Laguardia to Chelsea was smooth and easy, even with all the crazy construction and traffic. Will definitely reserve from Allstate again!”

“Excellent service. Having never been to New York before, and with 2 kids, I was a bit concerned how to get from JFK to Manhattan. I booked an Allstate SUV to pick us up the airport. Rodney, our driver was waiting for us at arrivals, and we were on our way in minutes. I would highly recommend Allstate and would definitely use again.”

“Vehicle was right on time and very good PR/customer service from the driver. I would just encourage you to use a dark pen/marker/felt pen when writing the passengers name that way it is more visible at the airport arrivals waiting bay. Thank you for the good service.”

“When I booked the car online I was quoted $82 . We ended up paying $139 as the driver charged us for waiting time which I understood was free for the first hour for an international flight and we had come through customs just within the hour. He was also quite aggressive about being tipped. All in all I feel we were conned and would not recommend this service in the UK”

“I entered a wrong address when I made the reservation. The drive finally called me and he proposed to join me at the correct address. I was only charged for 15mn waiting. Even without this episode of the wrong address, the driver was very cool and professional.”

“Even though I initially had problems finding my car because of the traffic congestion at LaGuardia the driver was very skillful in getting us out of the traffic jam and to my hotel. He was extremely nice and I arrived safe at my hotel.”

“i booked a trip on August 26 from Newark airport to the Sutton Court. The trip was supposed to cost $120.07 but they charged me $172.72 today. I was flying from Vancouver, Canada. I called the customer support and they said it might be be because of the waiting time. The waiting time was was less than an hour. My understanding that this was an international flight from Canada and a wait time of 60 minutes is allowed for international flights. Besides, I was only waiting for the luggage!? This does not make sense at all. I'm extremely disappointed and I will cancel my return trip with you on September 24 and never use or recommend your service again. Abdullah”
