“The product is very good. I wanted it to be delivered to Bunbury at my husbands work as someone is always there. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the home address (even though I specified it to be delivered to Bunbury,not Australind) and it was left at the door. I found it when I got home so fortunately it was still there. My husbands name has been used in all the subsequent emails and delivery, even though my name is on all the documents, bar one!”

“The drawers visibly look the way the site outlines however the drawers don’t close properly unless firmly pushed. The bottom right hand drawer doesn’t open unless it is aggressively pulled and we tried to rotate the drawers to see if this would assist. No luck. The delivery was a seperate issue but that’s to do with the courier company.”

“The product we bought was excellent, the prices were very reasonable but unfortunately we purchased an item that we needed quite urgently and it was during their stock take inventory which meant they did not ship any items for a whole month. It was posted on the website but being a new customer to the site I didn’t see it on their front page or banner. It would have been more helpful or useful as a pop up during purchase or shipping information. It wasn’t clear to me until I tried to contact them via email. Wished we knew this before we purchased and we would have purchased the item elsewhere.”

“I remember reading reviews about it taking a long time to set up and that some pieces weren’t right, I thought they were probably exaggerated but I was surprised at the inconsistency between the instructions and the provided pieces. Eg some things indicated dowels but it was predrilled for a screw, or not predrilled at all. The bottom decorative pieces are cut too short to fit around the cupboard so we just took the dowels out and screwed each panel to the side on its own without joining them. Overall we like the look of the end result but it’s probably lucky my husband is handy with the tools.”

“It's good product, but fixing some parts too difficult, then we consult a handy man and he fix the chair,some parts height adjustable part is missing.also no catalogue, bill etc missing in the package. Thanks”

“The drawers look good, however we had multiple issues with the quality of the product. The bottom of the large drawers came all stuck together, so when we pulled them apart the paint ripped off. The drawer tracks weren’t in correct position, so my husband needed to take them off and re-put them on. There were dings and marks on the front of the draws which are visible, and some of the screws were missing so we couldn’t finish the change table. I contacted the team and they were very quick to respond, however there was no apology and we are still waiting for the replacement items.”

“The prices were the best we found. But considering we ordered the goods three weeks ago, and haven't received them yet, maybe they need to reconsider the delivery company over this covid period.”
