“Superb prices with great customer support. Also the user friendliness of the site was really good. They know how to satisfy the customer. I wish there more online places as efficient as allhdd. They managed to process our order of storage need of 400 units very swiftly and shipped at perfect time. It was a pleasure doing business with allhdd. Thanks.”

“We were looking for new parts as well as some old model parts. We were amazed with the prices of the new model items. Also found the old model parts some of which we were having a hard time to find. Liked their customer support the way they assisted us to be sure about what we were looking for. Received within only 4 days. Hope allhdd team keep up the good work.”

“The site is good and easy. Nonetheless they offer great deals on storage and networking parts. We purchased a large volume of storage and switches from them. Though it was my first time, surely I will be coming back for future purchases. Loved their customer service and shipment efficiency.”

“The way their customer service assisted me during the whole order confirmation and shipment process i really appreciate their attitude of doing business. I am sure very professional and reliable team working behind this site. There was an issue from my side to modify the shipping details at very last moment but they cooperated absolutely instantly which ensured the timely delivery of the items to new address. “The prices for the hard drives I purchased were much lower than other sites so I was skeptical. There were also mixed reviews online which made me cautious prior to buying. I purchased 4 hard drives initially to make sure they were the right model and functioned properly. They ended up working fine so I purchased in bulk. The checkout process was pretty straightforward. The customer service was excellent and fast. I called to ask a couple of questions about the product and the lady I spoke to was very helpful.”

“Really a good place for server and networking goods. What amazed me the most is their prices. Some of them seemed too low to be true but when i confirmed the order after getting reassured about the prices i was very happy to get the items at the prices mentioned in their site. I must say the customer service was efficient till end. Would love to consider this place as first choice next time.”

“The site is very user friendly and prices are real good. I found the my required parts quite easily. “Ordered item that was advertised as new; instead was sent a clearly marked refurbished item. (Merchant sells both new and refurbished products.) Requested an RMA number, but am getting a run around. Should have read reviews of this immigrant-run business on Yelp before taking a gamble on these people.”

“I ordered a bulk CPU on December 9. On December 17 I emailed for an order status update, but received no response. On December 23 I decided to call. They told me that they would check with their warehouse and call me back later in the day. I did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an email while on the phone, that my order has been cancelled. The person on the phone was clearly responsible for cancelling the order but did not decide to tell me this. He instead still told me to wait for a call back. I called back the next day and the same person told me that the CPU did not pass internal testing. It smells like a lie. I waited for 14 days, and I had to call to find out that my order was cancelled. Theoretically, if an item was out of stock or "did not pass a test," they should have let me know at that time, rather than me having to call them. Awful customer service, and a delay of 2 weeks for me to receive an important PC component.”
