“Total SCAM.. Bought items and said in stock but over a month later still no items shipped. Customer service is terrible. Will never buy from them again.”

“Allhdd is a fraud,i waited 3 month for a ssd never received they never answer the phone they never replied any email only thing us a chatbot that feed you the same answer ... It will be shipped next week,now its 2 months i cancelled no refund yet”

“Ordered item that was advertised as new; instead was sent a clearly marked refurbished item. (Merchant sells both new and refurbished products.) Requested an RMA number, but am getting a run around. Should have read reviews of this immigrant-run business on Yelp before taking a gamble on these people.”

“I ordered a bulk CPU on December 9. On December 17 I emailed for an order status update, but received no response. On December 23 I decided to call. They told me that they would check with their warehouse and call me back later in the day. I did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an email while on the phone, that my order has been cancelled. The person on the phone was clearly responsible for cancelling the order but did not decide to tell me this. He instead still told me to wait for a call back. I called back the next day and the same person told me that the CPU did not pass internal testing. It smells like a lie. I waited for 14 days, and I had to call to find out that my order was cancelled. Theoretically, if an item was out of stock or "did not pass a test," they should have let me know at that time, rather than me having to call them. Awful customer service, and a delay of 2 weeks for me to receive an important PC component.”

“"I ordered a HDD from them. 17 days later they email me telling me that my item was out of stock! 17 Days to figure that out??? Not to mention the numerous inquiries I sent them about my order and they NEVER replied. Was it a coincidence that our Credit Card was fraudulently used during this time period? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!"”

“Yes, all the bad reviews are true. Order an item, After 5 days I called them, said they will ship it, 1-hour later I got an email saying my order was canceled.”

“Allhdd is one of the worst companies I have dealt with in a while. They promise they have stock then charge your credit card. Then will email you 2 days later and cancel your order. They do not have their own stock and drop ship and will not give you any updates and just cancel when they cant fill your order. Terrible business practice and customer service. **DO NOT BUY**”
