Ordered replacement chains for Stihl MS211 chainsaw (non original). Chains arrived in good time but were not fit for purpose, they were blunt out of the packet. Company requested I return them for inspection, then stated they hadn`t received them although Royal Mail had confirmed delivery. Numerous emails & phone calls to the company went unanswered & ignored. After sales customer service non-existent. Not impressed.

Ordered two parts. One arrived within a few days but the other part was missing. I phoned the number many times but did not get through. I sent a email and got a response within a few hours and received the second parts within a few days. Very happy. Parts genuine great service.

Superb service, ordered a drive belt for my Husqvarna Rider, the Husky catalogue showed 2 part numbers, I of course ordered the wrong one. I was quickly and efficiently refunded for the wrong belt and the new correct one was received by return. Good to be able to speak to someone on the other end of the phone who was knowledgeable in their work. Highly recommended.

Not sure if All Mower Parts are reliable? Customer Services is unbelievably professional, they treated my problems of finding the right part with the correct advice, kept in close touch when delays in supply occurred and resolved my issues - best price, best service and a joy to know I have found the right supplier!

Ordered wrong part for the cricket club mower, contacted customer service and they helped me find the correct part and despatched promptly. Incorrect part returned for a full refund, excellent service. Will be using again as I continue to refurb the club's mowers.

Excellent service and if you have any questions they are answered quickly and well. My order hadn't arrived in 5 days via post and they followed up right away. A few days later I received it.

Ordered a Husqvarna 18 inch bar. Not bothered posting it or getting back to my email. Zero customer service. Should have been posted within a couple of days. Won’t be using again

I have ben waiting for chainsaw PPE for several months now. No one picks up when you phone and they just send a standard email saying stock is not in stock. Will not use them again and would not recommend.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong replacement blade for my mower. The team could not have been more helpful in sorting out the mistake and advising on the correct blade. I should have asked them before ordering! And with free and prompt delivery, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Can't recommend All Mower Parts enough. I need 2 belts for an old Stiga ride on Mower. I tried several online companies before I found All Mower Parts, and got the same response of "can't help you without the mower serial number..." Unfortunately the serial number isn't visible on My Mower so i didn't know what to do. I reached Andy via email who called me to ask more questions, and followed up with several more on Email. Andy had taken it upon himself to go back through online their catalogue of parts, and call Stiga on my behalf to find the correct mower and track done the belts. I'm pleased to report the belts have now been successfully ordered. Great customer service, going above and beyond to help. I'm very happy to have found All Mower Parts and they will definitely be my go to supplier from now on, so sorry in advance Andy! :)

I ordered and paid for four replacement chains for my chainsaw , two arrived , I emailed and phone but as per previous reviews there is no answer, certainly would not recommend this company at all ,

I ordered the replacement part (a solenoid for my ride on mower) at 10:42am on 3rd August on the basis that the advertised "dispatches within 24 hours" would enable me to get the part fitted by an engineer servicing my mower the following Tuesday (9th). The next day (4th) at 4.49pm an automated email advised the order was "processing". When I tried to call on several occasions, no one was there to answer my call. I emailed, but had no response until I had an automated email advising dispatch was being made on Wed 10th at 4.45pm. The part eventually arrived over a week after my order was place on Thursday 11th August so completely out of line with the company's marketing spiel and pretty poor service all round as there was no one able to speak to me at any point. I would recommend other potential customers try and speak before ordering or look elsewhere.

A belt arrived of wrong length (the length is not in the description); would like to exchange or return. Phone is never answered, I've been calling regularly for a week, emailed ignored as well; dead silence -- very upsetting after seeing all the good reviews

Ordered a replacement blade for my Bosch Rotak 36Li battery mower. Wrong blade arrived, I contacted to company who blamed me for ordering the wrong blade. I have since found there are 2x blades for this mower specified, the one I needed was 10mm mounting not 8mm as supplied. The company are now ignoring emails on how to return the wrong blade and are ignoring phone calls. They are not at all helpful to resolve problems if the wrong part is supplied

Easy to use website. The belt sent was a top quality belt better than the belts I have bought in the past. I emailed to buy another one and I had a very prompt reply and bought another belt as a spare. Fast delivery really pleased with the service. Will use all the time.

Photo used in add for flymo blade is totally different to the one sent with a poor response when reporting problem , why don’t they use a add photo of the actual blade type sent ? my opinion is that it’s because it’s a cheap substitute replacement blade please see original add photo and the one sent.

Ordered a certain chain for a Stihl chainsaw and they sent the wrong one 1-impossible to communicate they do not answer the telephone at all and there is no returns policy other than PayPal. Best avoid them
