“Great product (Almo Almond Creme), and nothing else like it on the market. Unfortunately waited well over a month with no delivery and no communication. Had to raise a PayPal case to encourage them to send it. Unexpectedly bad service.”

“The product itself is good quality and I like that it is 100% almonds. It's easy to mix and tastes quite good, if a little watery using the amounts in the instructions. It loses stars because of delivery and communication issues with the company itself. Delivery occurred 5 weeks after I first put my order in. I emailed the company twice and received no reply. I wouldn't order from them again.”

“We ordered direct from Almo because we were finding it difficult to find at the supermarkets. However it took over two weeks to receive our online order. I also did not receive a 10% off code for our first order when I signed up with my email and did not receive a reply when I followed up with another email.”

“Terrible customer service. Placed my order on 26th Dec and have been trying for over 3 weeks to contact the company about an incorrect address. No replies to emails, facebook messages, voicemail. So frustrated and disappointed. Love the product but will never order from this company again. Looks like I won’t be receiving this order.”

“The milk is amazing, unfortunately the logistics of getting it is painful. Waited a week for the order to be shipped and then a week for my regional delivery (I'm in metro Melbourne) to arrive...”

“The automated email when subscribing to receive the 10% discount code for my first order didn't work. My order sat in the cart while waiting for a response (email, a follow-up email and a phone call to an answering machine) requesting the code. I finally had a response and got to place my order on Thur 27/10 & it wasn't processed until 4/11 over a week later. I'm not sure why you would you send a request for a review about my experience when I still haven't received my order. Aust Post app says between 7/11 - 9/11. Perhaps wait until after the customer receives their order before asking for a review about Almo Milk?”

“Fantastic for mylk, fantastic for spread, why did I not discover this early. Economical vs buying $5-$8 per 1L almond mylks from Coles or WW. Should sell this Creme at supermarkets is the only downside to this, as it's so gooood.”

“A somewhat mixed first experience. I tried to get the code for a 10% discount, it didn't arrive. When I emailed to ask, it was sent to me. It didn't give me 10% off though - gave me $30 off a $390 order. After a week I had heard nothing about my order being despatched so emailed to enquire, and it arrived the next day, I simply hadn't been sent the email with tracking details.”
