"Andrew - appalling customer service agent\r\nRecently ordered from alpinetrek, would advise against. Order was delayed, I needed by the 7th of the month, no response from courier, so I informed Andrew that if not here by the 7th I would need to return . He responded stating that delivery would happen that day by 7pm (5th). Great!\r\nNo. Andrew then decided to recall the order when it was 3 hours from my location stating I wanted a refund?!\r\nWhen I have called Andrew directly, I was met with appealing customer service, a belligerent attitude who couldn't care less about his position or my issue. Main word choic in response to any questions was Mmmkay. Now I've been advised I'll have to wait for a refund until they receive the item back. Complete farce. Appalling customer service, not once was an apology made. Would not use company in future."

"They use Evri, and they admit they have tons of problem with Evri but would rather the customer have this bad experience then going with a more reputable courier and their advice is to place another order and hope it isn\u2019t lost when Evri loses the parcel"

"I wish I\u2019d read reviews here first! I received a pair of shoes that had been worn. I suspect these were returns that had been used once or twice. When I provided feedback to say I need to keep them because I can\u2019t wait for a return and reorder I received a reply that was rather trite. They did offer a refund and an apology but completely misread my message and advised that I could not have a replacement as though I was a scammer asking for another pair to be sent prior to return. Anyway I\u2019m short, very disappointed given they\u2019re not cheap! I won\u2019t be back or recommend."
