“I already own some lovely pre-manufactured pieces from Alyssa Smith that I love.
However, it all went very wrong when I ordered a bespoke piece, which wasn't anything like the standard of either the pieces I own or those shown on their website and on social media.
They also missed the agreed delivery date and are very slow to respond to emails* and are refusing to provide me with a refund because the piece was bespoke - although in reality, just a slight tweak from a standard piece and a recreation of something they used to stock anyway (with the only difference being a larger jump ring).
Sadly, I now have to option but to recover my money through a legal channel.
* I was very patient and gave them plenty of space due to them having a bereavement but they were even slow before that happened.”
“Very bad service. On my first purchase everything was great. I bought again and it turns out that my package doesn't even appear and no one helps me. I write to the ladies who sell and nothing. To sell they don't care about the time and they were always available but to help in this case they don't even respond. I will never buy here again. Give me my money back”
