So I decided to return it back cause I had already bought needed thing in another store. I have ordered pick-up back to the warehouse by courrier. And 7 months have passed. I still didn't get any money back for my purchase. And now I DO NOT HAVE my order (Iphone 13 mini) cause it has been sent back to them AND I DO NOT HAVE my money. I thought i would try .AE, rather than using .com and paying shop and ship postage. after 2 weeks i've noticed the cost is extreme when ordering items that ship from the US. but not only that, delivery is a nightmare. I get a message telling me an order has been delivered, but it hasn't at all. or i'll get a partial delivery, and when i try and contact customer services they're useless. I just paid extra for delivery the day after, nothing arrived, i was told to wait a few days and see if it turns up. why pay extra for delivery if they're not going to actaully deliver!? disgusting service, inept staff, and far far more expensive and slower than just using the US or UK versions and then paying the S&S postage.”

I asked amazon to either send me the right product or refund me in the same way I paid but they refused. I paid in COD and got charged extra 10 AED because I don't have a bank account, how can I be refunded without a bank account.

“Awful service. Absolutely unprofessional. Order kept updating as delayed but under delivery, whereas it was known that it would not be delivered long before I finally contacted them. It considered a necessary medical treatment. They suggested a refund and free shipment but this did not resolve the case, which could had been addressed probably if I knew on time they would not deliver. On top of that they courier initially claimed the address was wrong, then that they called and did not find me and then , finally , they admitted their driver just did not deliver because of work load ... In other words , playing around the customer.... I would give a zero star if I could.”
“I been using my old phone for about 3 years so i decided to buy a new one from Amazon. i found a Samsung S22 ultra listing that was for 1200$ so i didn't think much of it and decided to buy it, after that i saw some reviews on other similar listings that they got a fake clone phone so i was worried and as soon as i received the phone i recorded me opening it incase it was and to my surprise it was so i sent the phone back for refund and attached the unpacking video. however yesterday i was told that Because the phone was a fake i won't get my money back?, i'm shocked because i buy stuff form aliexpress, gearbest which are chinese sites and never got anything fake but Amazon which was the listed seller scammed me.”
“Pathetic process for return and refund. I returned a Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra ten days ago because a defective and poor quality product was sent. Color was also different from what the box said and it looked like someone else’s return was sent to me. For ten days I am battling to get the refund. Spoke to three agents who give different stories. Website does not show item received at Amazon warehouse but agent says received. One agent says refund processed, another says refund failed and a third says I need a manager to do the refund as it is over my limit. Who is lying and who is speaking the truth.”

“Horrible experience every time I order from Amazon.ae. The drivers are rude and unprofessional. They expect me to wait for them at home for over 12 hours and when you call them to follow up they are rude and hand up in your face. Also, if they come, the drivers never have change and when you ask them to return the change they take your money and never come back. The customer service are useless, you complain and they never solve the problem. I stopped using them and if there was less than a start I would give this horrible service. Use other available online stores they are much better and cheaper”
